For a long time, Soybean is recognized as excellent edible oils and fats, excellent plant proteins, including various physiological active substances beneficial to human body. And soybean was considered not only is a kind of feed and food crops,it is the world’s most important oil crops,economic crops and vegetable crops. Soybean has a long planting history in our country, our country was one of the main soybean producing country in the world. But in recent years, domestic demand for soybean high, change and yield of soybean in China has not keep up with the situation, causes to import foreign soybean situation, this situation directly to China’s food security strategy formed a threat. So, how to realize the revival of the soybean industry in China has become a key subject.At present, Northeast China is the largest soybean producing areas, summer soybean area is followed in Huang-Huai-Hai region, this region each year to China’s soybean yield contribution of about 30%.However, Huang-Huai-Hai region agricultural conditions are far less than the three provinces in Northeast China, the three provinces in Northeast China region is vast, fertile soil, soybean planting area is larger. Commonly used in the harvest of soybean harvester is large, time saving and labor saving. Climate change in Huang-Huai-Hai region of larger, more rainfall, usually have time to harvest and planting, but the region’s soybean planting area is smaller, plots are not concentrated, agricultural machinery matching is relatively backward, low degree of automation, in the busy period, very easy to cause the waste of manpower and physical resources.So, improving the region of automated means can provide a certain role in promoting the yield of soybean in this region.But considering the complexity of agricultural machinery and the traditional design methods and can’t get the motion state machine at work rapidly and accurately. So from the design means of view, using the virtual design method, designed for soybean combine harvester cutting table and the realization of simulation analysis of soybean harvester cutting table under the actual working condition. This article has mainly done the following several aspects of work:according to the characteristics of soybean harvester, structure parameters on the choice of the main parts of the header and the header the realization of the simulation analysis of soybean harvester cutting table under the actual working condition;the components of the cutting platform of virtual reality by SolidWorks software, and realized the virtual assembly of the header; In order to establish the soybean stalk model more real, the discrete beam method and the analysis of its principle, obtained the virtual flexible model of soybean stalk; To have good design reel, reciprocating cutting apparatus is the kinematics simulation analysis using ADAMS software,through the analysis of simulation results, to prove the actual state of motion and the physical prototype match, and to improve the cutting speed for the purpose of reciprocating cutting apparatus,driving swinging ring mechanism optimization design; The simulation analysis of the motion state of soybean stalk in reel and reciprocating cutting apartus, get the soybean stalk in the machine under real operating conditions of a series of motion curve, provides data reference for soybean harvester cutting table to improve the design and optimization of the next step.
