The Study Of The Mechanism Of The Chicken Arsenic Poisoning By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Arsenic poisoning can lead to multiple organ damage, and cause cancer. The auther have finished experiment and curing arsenic poisoning of several parts:testing organ coefficient;checking the change of histopathologhy;detecting the oxidation resistance and immunity;measuring the content of the arsenic.The paper researches on the mechanism of the chicken arsenic poisoning by traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Method:1, adopt the ICP-MS inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry to determinate the content of arsenic.2, dividing the chickens into 3 groups, every group has 24 chickens, the first group is the conventional group, chicken in this group has the basic diet. The second group is the positive group; chicken in this group has the basic diet with 4.239mg/kg does of Na As O2 in it,and the third group is the traditional Chinese medicine treating group, which has the basic diet with 34.239mg/kg dose of Na As O2 and 1.32g/kg of traditional Chinese medicine one day. All the chickens can drink freely and the test lasted 60 days.3, Fasting for 12 hours in the 20 th day、40th day、60th day, then choice 8 chickens in each of the group, and collecting blood, determinate the MDA、SOD、NO content in serum.Preserved the hearts, livers, spleens, lungs; kidneys, thymus and French capsules, then weigh the organs to calculate the viscera index. Pick up parts of the organs and fixed them in the neutral formalin liquid, for HE staining.4, Adopt the ELISA to determinate the MDA、SOD、NO content.5, Adopt the hemagglutination inhibition to determinate the Avian influenza and Newcastle disease antibody titer.Search Results:1,By investigate of surrounding environment of the mercury mining、phosphate district and coal mining and the chicken arsenic pollution in those areas, the results are below: the surrounding environment and vegetables are polluted by arsenic in different degrees. Chinese cabbage pollution of coal mining area is the most serious. In this area, the arsenic content has reached the content of 3.918mg/㎏,78.36 times of the national limits. The chickens and their organs are polluted by arsenic, and Kidney pollution is the most serious. The arsenic content in kidneys in mercury mining area is 4.059mg/kg, 81.18 times of the national limits.2,Organ coefficient in the positive group reaches a content of significantly or obviously higher than it in the conventional group. Organ coefficient in the third group on the 60 th day has a content of significantly or obviously lower than it in the positive group.3, Around the whole test, the SOD、NO content in serum in the positive group is significantly or obviously lower than it in the conventional group. On the 60 th day, the SOD、NO content in serum in third group is higher than it in the positive group. The MDA content in the serum in the positive group is significantly or obviously higher than it in the conventional group, The MDA content in the serum in the third group on the 60 th day is significantly lower than it in the positive group.4, Around the whole test, the arsenic content in liver in the positive group is significantly or obviously higher than it in the conventional group, The arsenic content in the liver in the third group on the 60 th day is obviously lower than it in the positive group.5,Geometric mean titer of Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease in the positive group on the 40 th day and 60 th day are significantly or obviously higher lower than it them in the conventional group; on the 60 th day, Geometric mean titer of Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease in the third group is significantly higher than it in the conventional group.Conclusion;(1):mercury mining、phosphate district and coal mining areas are polluted seriously by arsenic.(2): traditional Chinese medicine can relieve arsenic damage to chicken viscera.(3): Traditional Chinese medicine can enhance the antioxidant effect of organism and can improve the immunity of chicken when it is poisoned by arsenic.(4): Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the arsenic content in chicken’s poisoned liver.
