The Screening Of The Traditional Chinese Drugs To Resist NDV And The Researching Of The Traditional Chinese Drug Compound Recipe Effected On The Blood Immune Function Of Chicklings Which Had Been Infected NDV Factitiously

New Castle disease is an acute and highly contagious disease caused by Newcastle Disease virus which is harmful for the poultry industry in China. There is theoretical and practical significant to research the traditional Chinese drug compound recipe which could prevent and cure ND.The experiment chose 14 kinds of traditional Chinese drugs which was capable to resist virus. By using the experiment of chicken embryo culture, we detected the HA of the extracted juice of the 14 kinds of traditional Chinese drugs to resist NDV in chicken embryos through three kinds of inoculation styles and filtrated 7 kinds of Chinese traditional drugs which had the better action to resist NDV in chicken embryos. Combining traditional Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese vets'theory, we composed three traditional Chinese drug compound recipes dialectically: Fu Zheng prescription (Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Glycytthizae), Qu Xie prescription (Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae, Herba Houttuyniae, Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati)and Fu Zheng Qu Xie prescription (Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae, Herba Houttuyniae, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Glycytthizae). At the same time, we also selected Flos Lonicerae which had the best action to resist NDV as a single prescription in chicken embryos. We put the 4 doses to Hailanbai chicklings to undertake the experiment of factitious to resist NDV infection. Then we observed the chicklings'clinical symptom and dissection change and detected immunization-organ index number and the blood rule index. After we filtrated the best dose (Fu Zheng Qu Xie prescription) to undertake the experiment of the traditional Chinese drug compound recipe to resist NDV in factitious infection in chickling`s blood and to survey and evaluate the number of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ of T- lymphocyte in chickling`s blood, the number of B- lymphocyte in chickling`s blood, the content of IgG and IgM in blood serum, the content of IFN-γand IL-2 in blood serum, the RBC`s RBC-C3bR and RBC-ICR, the phagocytic index"a"of macrophage in blood. The result showed: Fu Zheng Qu Xie prescription (Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae, Herba Houttuyniae, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Glycytthizae)could raise the number of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ of T- lymphocyte and the number of B- lymphocyte in chicklings` blood which were infected NDV factitiously, strike the content of IgG and IgM in blood serum, lower the content of IFN-γin blood serum, increase the content of IL-2 in blood serum, increase the RBC`s RBC-C3bR and RBC-ICR, strengthen the phagotrophy- function of macrophage in blood. It was shown that the Chinese traditional medicine compound recipe had the action to improve the specificity and unspecificity immunity function of the chickling`s blood.
