Mulberry belongs to the deciduous perennial woody plants, belonging to Moraceae mulberry(Morus), ramulus mori is mulberry mulberry twig.Morus plants is deciduous perennial woody plants, the bad ecological environment has a good adaptability, such as cold hardiness and drought resistance.Mulberry not only has an important pharmacological activities in modern medical applications, positive effect to the treatment of various diseases, contains many kinds of active ingredients, such as flavonoids, alkaloids, free sugars, plant sugar, pectin, etc.Mulberry has extensive application in the field of modern medicine, can have the function of the treatment and ease to various diseases, such as blood pressure and cancer.In recent years, the Chinese and foreign researchers began to study the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of mulberry,and graduallyexpand the application of mulberry.Mulberry in areas such as food, textile and food processing industry also has a good application prospect. In addition, mulberry plants with good ecological benefit and economic benefit, has great value in research and development.Taking Jilin agricultural university of mulberry as the research target, of mulberry leaf, root and stem anatomical structure of the microscopic observation, analysis of structure surface, and further research is unique the relationship between the structure and nature of mulberry.The results show that:1. Mulberry root causes of newborn epidermis, cortex, stele. Star-shaped column, primary xylem 5 prototype, beginning outside style development, primary phloem between the primary xylem, radially arranged radially; parenchyma cells constitute a large central pith.2.Sang years rooting belong diffuse porous wood.
