Pea aphid, Acyrthosiphon pisum(Harris)(Hemiptera: aphidiae). It is a main pests for leguminous crops and forage grass and it’s biological can be divided into red and green morph. The green morph of pea aphid are widely distributed in our country and with serious harm, While the red morph of pea aphid are only distributed in the western region at present with a obvious trend of population increase. this research mainly talk about the influence of Buchner bacteria against growth and population parameters of the red and green morph of pea aphid; the influence of the dynamic changes of substances in the body and transaminase after taking off the symbiotic. Through making clear the symbiotic influence of growth and reproduction for the two morphs of pea aphid, to provide theoretical basis for its harm to leguminous crops and forage. The main results were as follows:1. The impacts of symbiotic for growth and reproduction of the two morphs of pea aphidSpraying kinds of 0.2% antibiotics(Rifampicin, Chlortetracycline HCl, Chloraomycetin, Oxytetracycline HCl, Penicillin-GK Salt, Streptomycin sulfate) on plants surface and aphids body at the same time, spraying antibiotics on aphids body and spraying antibiotics on plants surface were setted, three different kinds of biological parameters about the developmental period, the average weight, the weight difference, the mean relative daily growth rate and the mean fecundity per female were tested. The results show that the order of the three kinds of treatment for two morphs of pea aphid growth and reproduction is: spraying the broad bean plants and aphids body at the same time > only spraying the broad bean plants > only spraying aphids body. The order of 6 kinds of antibiotics on influence of the growth and reproduction is: Rifampicin > Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride > Chlortetracycline Hydrochloride > Streptomycin Sulfate > Chloramphenicol > Penicillin G potassium. Through three different processing ways, 6 kinds of antibiotics impacts can be summaries as prolong the development period, weight loss and fertility decline. The order of most influential combination of different antibiotics and different processing methods are as follows: spray Rifampicin on the broad bean plants and aphids body at the same time > spray Rifampicin on the broad bean plants > spray Rifampicin on aphids body > spray Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride on the broad bean plants and aphids body at the same time.2. The impacts on two morphs of pea aphid population parameters of three processing methods of RifampinAfter three processing methods of Rifampin, the net population reproductive rate of two morphs of pea aphid is decline; the average generation cycle is prolonged; the intrinsic growth rate and the weeks limit of growth increases, the population doubling time is extended. All the contrast differences are significant. three processing methods of Rifampin have great influences on net population reproductive rate, intrinsic growth rate and population doubling time of two morphs of pea aphid.3. Take off the symbiotic rifampicin concentration screening of acyrthosiphon pisumThe result of rifampin plant uptake process show that with the gradually increasing of the rifampin concentration, the mortality of two morphs of pea aphid increases, the generation period shortened, the fertility decreases and weight loses. According to the aphid biological performance after the symbiotic bacteria, the concentration of 0.2 mg/m L of rifampicin was chosen for the pea aphid to take off the symbiotic bacteria finally.4. The identification to take off the symbiotic bacteria of two morphs of pea aphidWith 150 m L 6 kinds of antibiotic(rifampicin, chlortetracycline hydrochloride, chloramhenicol, oxytetracycline hydrochloride, penicillin G potassium and streptomycin sulphate) of 0.2 mg/m L in plants absorb processing. The sixth day and the eleventh day was chosen respectively in sampling with identification of pea aphid symbiotic bacteria. By molecular identification and optical microscopy showed that after 6 kinds of antibiotics in the treatment of 6 d, it can’t take off Buchner bacteria in the body. After the rifampicin and terramycin processing in 11 d, the Buchner bacteria was taken off.5. The dynamic change of matter content in the body during the processing of taking off the symbiotic of two morphs of pea aphidAfter the processing with 0.2 mg/m L rifampicin take off symbiotic solution, on the 4th,6th, 8th,10 th and 12 th day, the protein content of single head aphids is lower than the same color morph. On the 6th, 8th,10 th and 12 th day, the soluble sugar of single head aphids is lower than the same color morph. On the 2nd, 6th, 8th,10 th and 12 th day, the single head glycogen of red morph of pea aphid is lower than the same color morph, while on the 6th, 8th,10 th and 12 th day, the single head glycogen of red morph of pea aphid is lower, But on the 2nd day, it is higher. After the processing, the total fat content of two morphs of pea aphid is lower than the same color morph on the 2nd day, while it is higher on the 4th,6th, 8th,10 th and 12 th day. The total lipids content of red morph of pea aphid is in significant difference with compared on the 8th day, while the green morph of pea aphid is in significant difference with compared on the 12 th day. On the 2nd, 4th,6th, 8th and 10 th day, the neutral lipids content is higher than the same color morph, but it is lower on the 12 th day. From the aspect of the matter content, the process of taking off symbiotic is the process of cutting down the content of carbohydrate and protein and of rising the content of total lipids and neutral lipids.6. The energy after processing of taking off the symbiotic energy of two morphs of pea aphidOn the 8th day after the processing with 0.2 mg/m L rifampicin, the calculation of material shows that: the proteins in the body, the soluble sugar and the glycogen stored energy is lower than the same morph type in comparison. The energy of total lipids is higher than the same color morph in comparison, but the difference is not significant. The total energy after processing is lower than the same color morph in comparison.7. The dynamic change of transaminase activity in the body during the process of taking off the symbiotic of two morphs of pea aphidThe research shows that: on the 2nd, 4th,6th and 8th day, the activity of AST is higher than before, but on the 10 th and 12 th day, it is lower. After the processing, the activity of AST of red morph of pea aphid is higher than before on the 2nd, 10 th and 12 th day, and is lower on the other determination time. The activity of ALT of green morph is only higher on the 6th day, and is lower on the other determination time. The activity of ALT of red morph is higher on the 2nd and 4th day, and is lower on the other determination time. The activity of GS of the two morphs is higher on the 2nd and 4th day, but from the 6th day, it appeared some spiral changes.
