Self-propelled chassis frame is the key component of highland gap lance spray machine, its structure determines the ground clearance of the sprayer, at the same time affect the sprayer in corn field through sex.Due to high gap of main components of lance spray machine installed in the upper self-propelled chassis frame, its under high load. In this paper, according to the Xinjiang region of corn planting patterns of self-propelled chassis frame structure design, its three-dimensional model is established, and by using finite element analysis software for the analysis of the static characteristic and dynamic characteristic, mainly analyzes the self-propelled chassis frame under the operating mode of four common static strength and stiffness, analysis of the self-propelled chassis frame and the modal, lest produce high order modal superposition, avoiding resonance phenomenon, at the same time, through the theoretical analysis of self-propelled chassis frame structure influence on highland gap sprayer is stable, and use the software simulation under different condition the stability of the chassis frame to verify the rationality of the self-propelled chassis frame structure, the main work and achievements are as follows:Combining the situation of corn in China, the Xinjiang region corn planting mode and growing characteristics and occurrence regularity of plant diseases and insect pests research, determine the corn planting patterns 400 mm + 600 mm and 300 mm + 600 mm and 900 mm + 300 mm.
