Mutualism symbiosis is an existing form of organism. AMF and plant roots can form symbiotic system which benifits from each other and have stronger vitality than non-symbionts. The mycorrhiza formed by AMF and plants is a bridge of plants and the soil and afford a good carrier for plants to absorb water and nutrients from the soil. AM can help host plants improve the utilization of water and nutrients, enhance the anti-adversity and the growth of host plants. The study of AMF has an positive significance to raise production, quality and food security.To find out the influence of AMF to the tobacco growth and quality, Zhongyan 100 and Qinyan96 are experimental materials. A field experiment with glomus mosseae and glomus intraradices is made. According to the study, different AMF microbial inoculum and application rate have influence to the growth, production and quality. It affords scientific basis to rational utilization of AMF microbial inoculum and the improvement of tobacco-planting soil.The experimental results show that AMF microbial inoculum can increase the plant height, stem girth,leaf area,effective leaves,and promote the growth of tobaccos. The application rate of glomus mosseae or glomus intraradices at 100~120 kg·hm-2 plant height, stem girth, leaf area have the maxium item, and have the most effective leaves. And the biological characters of tobacco have distinct difference.At resettling stage and vigorous growing stage, the SPAD of tobacco leaves is increasing with the increasing of application rate of AMF microbial inoculum. The SPAD of tobacco leaves is the highest when the application rate is 120 kg·hm-2, at tobacco topping,the SPAD is decreasing as the increasing of AMF microbial inoculum. AMF microbial inoculum can increse the content of chlorophyll of leaves at the first growing stage. It can also increae the photosynthesis of tobacco leaves. At the late stage of tobacco growth, it can increase the degradation of chlorophyll and the maturity of leaves. It is good for the growth and maturity of tobacco.As the increasing of AMF microbial inoculum, the production and value is also increasing. When the amount of AMF microbial inoculum is more than 100kg·hm-2, the production is non-significant.Different AMF microbial inoculum and application rate have big influence to the exterior quality and chemical component of tobacco. The oil content of cured tobacco leaves is increasing as the increasing of application rate of microbial inoculum.The content of kalium, nicotine and total nitrogen is increasing as the increasing of microbial inoculum. While the application rate is 100 kg·hm-2, the exterior quality of tobacco is the best and the internal chemical component is more harmonious.From the results of experiment,using 100 kg·hm-2 glomus mosseae and glomus intraradices in Zhongyan100 and Qinyan96 has the best effect in increasing the production and internal quality. Between this application rate,it can realize the revenue maximization. It also improve the production, value and the internal chemical component and harmony.
