With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standard, the quality of tobacco leaf, especially production quality, is very important. Taking the scientific quality management and modern agriculture advanced management idea into the tobacco leaf production quality management, using the whole quality management model to carry on quality control and improvement in the process of tobacco production, and evaluating the quality of tobacco leaves to strengthen the quality management, etc. all these methods have great practical significance in promoting the quality of tobacco leaf production.There are some problems in the process of tobacco leaf production and quality evaluation, such as extensive quality management, subjective evaluation, and incomplete evaluation system and so on. This paper expounded the concepts of tobacco leaf production quality and tobacco production quality management. Through did investigations in tobacco filed, communicated with tobacco growers and technicians many times, by tobacco experts in the field of tobacco leaf quality to the score, and consult a large number of related literature, the specific work as follows:According to quality management theory, raised tobacco production quality management related theory. Comprehensive considered the factors affecting the quality of tobacco leaf production and the quality objectives of the tobacco production process, and eventually set up a perfect quality of tobacco leaves index system, and put forward the control process means and total quality management theory to set up the tobacco leaf quality management system.According to objectives that the tobacco production quality management to achieve and factors affecting the quality of tobacco leaf etc, we control the quality of the whole process of the tobacco leaf production in order to realize the index, then we can have better tobacco leaf that achieve requirements. Did the quality control of all the tobacco production process using the tools and methods of quality management, and draw the flow chart of various stages of the quality control.Make comprehensive quality evaluation on the complete production of tobacco leaf. Because of the characteristics of the tobacco leaf production, we did the tobacco evaluation respectively.
