The experiments focused on the low temperature storage conditions of six kinds of sweet cherries being cultivated on a large scale in Tianshui city, and studied the fruit storage-tolerance of the fruits. The results showed that Lapins has the least driage; Sunburst has the minimum decrease in fruit hardness; Bing, Sunburst and Sweetheart have significantly lower decay rate than others in the same storage period; Bing has an obvious increase in soluble solid content; Bing, Lapins have obvious decreases in titratable acid content. Sweetheart, Lapins and Bing has high sugar acid ratio, better to keep the flavor; Bing has the least decrease in ascorbic acid; Summit and Sunburst have good maintenance in SOD total activity. Based on a comprehensive analysis, Bing and Sunburst showed good storage-tolerance in low temperature conditions and Sweetheart took the next place.For "Summit" sweet cherry varieties using gas transfer tank at 0 ℃ cold conditions, foam box + PE plastic bags, foam boxes + silicon window plastic bags, foam boxes + 1-MCP, foam boxes(control) 5 Ways storage concluded that: Use atmosphere box and foam box + 1-MCP treatment in favor of fresh sweet cherries. Especially in the fruit reduce water loss rate and hardness to maintain respect better; foam box + 1-MCP treatment help to increase the soluble solids content; titratable acidity between treatments were not significantly different content in controlled atmosphere storage tank have conducive day cherry fruit ascorbic acid retention. Silicon window plastic bags little difference with the control group, PE plastic bags cling performance center. In actual use foam box + 1-MCP is relatively inexpensive and practical way of preservation. Comprehensive analysis: the use of controlled atmosphere box and foam box + 1-MCP in favor of fresh sweet cherries, compared with the control, extending the shelf life of sweet cherry fruit 10-15 d."Red light" sweet cherry cultivars was sprayed Ca Cl2(1: 200), Gaiermei(1: 200) and Magnolia Bark Extract(1: 500) three kinds of agents 20 d before harvest, at 0 ℃ cold storage conditions compared with the control, drug treatment for hardness before harvest sweet cherry fruit, water retention has improved significantly; maintain soluble solids content has a significant effect. There was no significant difference can titratable acidity decline, indicating that the agent before harvest treatment did not affect titratable acidity of sweet cherries. The results show that the decay rate, pharmaceutical treatment before harvest for red Fruits and obvious within 40 days, from 40 to 60 days faster rate of decay rate increases. Comprehensive analysis: Sweet cherry pharmaceutical treatment before harvest can extend the shelf life of sweet cherries 20-30 d.
