This article choose 30 families of Reaumuria soongocica distributed in six geographic populations in Gan Su,which belong to Gan Su province Zhang Ye Gan Zhou(G), Zhang Ye Lin Ze(L), Wu Wei Min Q in town(W-3),Wu Wei Min Q in Sha Jing Zi(W-4), Lan Zhou Ren Shou Shan(Ren), Lan Zhou Jiu Zhou Tai(Jiu). Using the conventional paraffin section method and the optical microscopy method comparative analysis the Reaumuria soongocica leaf anatomical structure.With analysis of variance and variation coefficient analyzes and compares the difference and variability of the each indexes, then using the principal component analysis and subordinate function value method ssess and compare 30 families of the Reaumuria soongocica and get the superior families.The results showed that:The 30 families of Reaumuria soongocica have the very similar and typical drought resistance structure: lobes fleshy, cylindrical, thicker cuticle, thicker and closely packed epidermal cells, developed palisade tissue assumes the circular permutation in skin, rich veins and vascular bundle sheath, has a hole under the room.The significant or extremely significant differences among indexes are varies among the 30 families of the Reaumuria soongocica, the average parameter of variation coefficient is 9.75%, variation range is not very big, but there is a certain degree of variation.The load coefficient of principal component analysis and characteristic vector data show that : fan blades, cutin layer thickness and the thick ness of palisade tissue on the Reaumuria soongocica occupies an important place in the drought resistance mechanism, show that the increase plant leaf water retention and water use efficiency to enhance the importance of plant drought resistance and adaptability.Using the method of subordinate function values and principal component analysis comprehensive evaluate the Reaumuria soongocica of 30 families, it is concluded that the drought resistance order of the familes 30 Reaumuria soongocica.Two methods of drought resistance strength concrete order is inconsistent, but there are also similar and overlapping parts. Compare the results of the two methods, finally selected five drought-resistant Superior families, is:G-36, W-3-7, G-6, W-4-4, L-1.
