In this paper, it studied the probiotics adaptability to salinity, the probiotics fermentation process parameters and the influence of probiotics fermentation feed on the sea cucumber’s growth and water quality. Make sure that the fermentation conditions and the probiotics using conditions. It can also provide a theoretical basis for probiotics fermentation feed and the probiotics application.(1) By adopting different salinity of culture medium on seven probiotics which were from different sources, and using three different counting method to cultivate the number of species, the probiotics adaptability to salinity was studied. The results proved that probiotics used in this experiment can be a normal life in seawater and fresh water medium, and that probiotics had some adaptability to salinity. And the probiotics bought in the market which are suitable for fresh water aquaculture grew dropped significantly.(2) By changing the usage of probiotics, the dosage method of probiotics, the mix proportion with formulated feed and the mix time with formulated feed, determining the water quality, sea cucumber growth rate and the intestinal digestive enzyme activity.This study used sea cucumber as farmed animals, adding probiotics directly in the process of sea cucumber breeding test results showed that using probiotics can improve the water quality of aquaculture water, improve the sea cucumber growth rate and improve sea cucumber intestinal micro ecology environment. To control the water nitrate content in 0.02 mol/L, ammonia nitrogen content in the safe concentration(1mol/L), sea cucumber growth rate(5 days) to a maximum of 5.81%. Our research probiotics optimum conditions of use are as follows: the use of micro-ecological system concentration of 4.375 L(probiotics)/1 m3(water), sea cucumber breeding density of 1.56g/L.(3) It was studied the probiotics fermented feed fermentation parameters and changes of quality. The results showed that using the probiotics fermentating feed can improve the quality of the feed. And dry ratio of 1:2, the temperature of 35 ℃, the nutrition constituent and the activity of enzymes got the largest. It was studied the influence of probiotics fermentation feed on the sea cucumber’s growth and water quality. The results showed that fermented feed compared with formulated feed can improve water quality and the sea cucumber’s growth, and which can improve the growth rate of the sea cucumber, reduce the mortality.The results showed that probiotics either directly use or fermentation can improve the aquaculture water, improve the sea cucumber growth condition, using probiotics fermentation feed than directly use of probiotics effect is more outstanding.
