Dynamic Monitoring Of Cultivated Land Quality In Nanhu District

Land is the material basis for the survival and development of human society, as the core and essence of land resources, the cultivated land is an indispensable means and process of agricultural production. Effective protection of cultivated land and improve the quality of cultivated land is of great significance to the healthy and stable development of the national economy. Therefore, carrying out and evaluating the quality of cultivated land resource quantity survey, real-time monitoring of cultivated land quantity and quality change, to find out problems and puts forward specific solutions accordingly, so as to continuously improve land management policy, security and utilization of cultivated land resource sustainable management. All of them are an urgent task that the current cultivated land protection is facing.Previous research were reviewed in this paper at home and abroad, on the basis of the development of cultivated land classification and gradation, inducting farmland quality rating of inductive method, and then discussing the thought and method which suitable for regional cultivated land quality rating, and applying to the practice in the study of Nanhu district of Jiaxing city in Zhejiang province in order to draw lessons from regional cultivated land quality grade evaluation of theoretical research and practical work.Though the cultivated land quality rating of Nanhu district of Jiaxing city in Zhejiang province case study and implement the annual monitoring function of cultivated land quality, beneficial to gradually build system of cultivated land quality grade evaluation of our regular surveys, realize the cultivated land protection work mainly by the number of management to paying equal attention to both quantity and quality of basic farmland demarcated for the future, and a new round of general land use planning of dynamic balance work laid the foundation, to promote the region capability and the land and resources of cultivated land resource security management level.
