| High-standard farmland construction is an important measure to ensure food security by storing grain in the land,storing grain in technology and ensuring food security.It is also the foundation of modern agriculture and a guarantee for industrial prosperity.It is of great significance for the rational planning,scientific design and effective acceptance of high-standard basic farmland construction projects to evaluate the quality of farmland before and after the construction of high-standard farmland construction projects.Taking the high-standard farmland construction project of Guluocheng village,Heshi town,Quyuan district as an example,this paper adopts the factor method,quantifies and gives weight to the assessment factors,converts several indexes into quality indexes,and carries out the evaluation of cultivated land quality.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)After the construction of the project,the national natural index of dry land increased from 3431 to 3577,with an increase range of 146,and the paddy field increased from 4721 to 5147,with an increase range of 426.The utilization index of dryland countries increased from 1857 to 1897,with an increase of 40.The utilization index of paddy fields rose from2205 to 2321,with an increase of 116.The national economic index of dry land increased from 1467 to 1481,with an increase of 14.The national economic index of paddy field increased from 1580 to 1618,with an increase of 38.(2)Calculated by index such as area weighted average method,the project construction such as national natural such as increased to 4.81 from 3.88 before the construction,etc.,countries use such as such as increased to 5.31 from 4.80 before the construction,etc.,such as national economy such as increased to 8.21 from 8.04 before the construction,etc.,such as national nature,before using,economy and so on were more projects such as 0.93,0.51,0.17,etc.(3)After field investigation and production capacity accounting,the production capacity of grain in the project area increased by 83,722 kg with a net increase of 447,100 yuan after the construction of high-standard farmland.(4)After the construction of the project,the irrigation and drainage conditions,road access and other infrastructure in the project area have been greatly improved,but the soil fertility level still needs to be further improved.Suggestions:(1)increase the input of organic fertilizers,rational application of fertilizers,improve the soil structure;(2)rational application of alkaline substances such as lime or alkaline fertilizer,adjust the soil acid alkaline;(3)rational deep tillage or rotation interplanting,increase the thickness of the tillage layer,balance the use of soil nutrients,improve the nutrient absorption efficiency of crops. |
