The residual film pollution of cotton fields is increasingly serious in Xinjiang, it has aroused widespread concern. Based on the understanding of cotton fields situation in Xinjiang and cotton fields planting patterns and research present situation of the residual film recycling at home and abroad, according to the design characteristics and processing principle of the stiffener film, design a recycling machine of stiffener residual film. The machine is used for recycling of stiffener residual film in autumn. The stiffener residual film can be completely recover and can also choose the edge or middle parts to recover. Its residual film recovery rate is higher.The purpose and significance of this topic research are expounded, then the research current situation of the residual film recycling at home and abroad and the reinforced plastic and the present situation of reinforced plastic processing mechanization are introduced. Combining with the advantages and disadvantages of existing residual film recycling machine, overall of strengthen residual film recycling machine is designed, and using virtual prototype technology of 3 d modeling get three-dimensional entity model of the machine. The whole machine is analyzed with mechanics, and then the whole machine quality and main working parts is designed. Based on finite element analysis of the film shovel, get the deformation results, strain results and stress figures of the film shovel. Through test and research of machine, get the optimal combination of factors respectively. This article main research content is as follows:(1) Due to the nature of the film affected by daily weathering, in order to understand intensity changes, to make the reinforced plastic tensile test. through the tensile test data concluded that don’t need to consider the condition of the reinforced plastic fracture when using the mechanical recovery of reinforcing film. In the process of recycling, it can achieve the purpose of smooth recovery of reinforced plastic depending on scroll several reinforcement of reinforced plastic.(2) Designed recycling machine of stiffener residual film, in view of the reinforced plastic designed recycling machine of stiffener residual film, it is mainly composed of frame, power transmission system, suspension institution, the lift up film shovel institution, cutting film institution, unfold film institution, support institution, roll film institution, unloading film institution, and so on. It recycles strengthen the residual film for the wineries.(3) Finite element analysis was carried out on the lift up film shovel institution. It is obtained that deformation, the strain and stress changes in the result of the lift up film shovel institution by finite element analysis. the deformation and strain is small and influence on the lift up film shovel institution can ignore, the maximum stress,382.74 Mpa, is less than the allowable stress of material. Finally came to the conclusion that the lift up film shovel institution satisfies the requirement of strength design.(4) Recycling test of reinforced plastic mechanical, after the completion of the prototype production, first, carry out recycle test in the soil bin test, tools achieve the design goal, can recycle the strengthen residual membrane, and find out the optimal experiment scheme A3B2. Machine’s operation speed is 1.5 km/h, and the lift up film shovel capacity is 50 mm; second, carry out recycle test of different weathering conditions, different soil texture and different distribution. Residual film strength after weathering will decline but the decline is very small and the impact on recovery rate is not big. Soil contained large lumps and stones can make the residual film damage, thus reducing its recovery rate, the more clutter in the soil, the greater damage of the residual film, machine resistance is more greater in the process of recycling, the residual film recovery rate and productivity is lower; finally, carry out trials in the cotton field, when recycling machine of stiffener residual film word in the cotton fields of level off and sundry small, its work efficiency, productivity and the residual film recovery rate is higher, how much cotton field smooth degree and clutter distribution had a great influence on the residual film recycling.
