| Soil preparation is the key link of agricultural production. Flat land can save water, good for crop germination and growth. To improve the yield and reduce soil, preparation work of labor has very important significance. With intensive production of rural land, farmland area increases gradually, paddy field rotary cultivator working width than the traditional rotary cultivator increases a lot. Traditional rotary cultivator and a tractor fixed connection of the three point linkage already can’t adapt to the width of the rotary tillage requirements. It needs to R&D a level automatic control system which makes the rotary cultivator’s work depth along the width direction of the cultivated land can’t be subject to the influence of the lateral inclination of the tractor body, and let the rotary cultivator is always at the state level, and makes sure that the tillage depth of each part of the rotary cultivator’s are same and makes the paddy field is smooth when the the rotary cultivator finished work. Therefore, this paper from two aspects of hardware and software, developed the hydraulic horizontal control system of the rotary cultivator unit, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Reviewed the research status of the domestic and international agricultural machinery equipped with hydraulic level automatic control system, and analysed the rotary working in China land leveling existing problems, and studied the basic principle of the control level of agricultural machinery, and put forward the contents of this research.(2) Studied the operating principle of the rotary cultivator hydraulic horizontal automatic control, and put forward the method of automatic control of horizontal automatic control of tractor’s double oil cylinder and horizontal automatic control of single cylinder, and combined with the characteristics of the two control systems, and determined the single cylinder horizontal control for the realization of the system, and designed of the control system in detail.(3) Studied the level automatic control device of electric control principle, and completed the angle sensors and other electrical components selection. Designed the main control module of the system such as the power supply of the control circuit module, the microprocessor module, a driving module and so on, and the PCB board is designed according to the control circuit, completed the hardware design of the controller.(4) According to the design of the controller, chose of electro-hydraulic proportional valve as the control object, and control program is compiled. The control procedures used in the PID algorithm of MATLAB simulation, to verify the feasibility of the control algorithm.(5) Completed the production of the level automatic control controller device, design and selection of hydraulic system. The automatic level control system which was designed by this paper was installed in the tractor and the field experiments were conducted. The experimental results show that the R & D of rotary hydraulic level automatic control system can meet the dragging machine rotary tillage level control requirements. |
