With the rapid development of characteristic forest industry,Xinjiang has gradually become an important production base of fruit and fruit products in China.The characteristic fruit industry has become the pillar industry of Xinjiang's economic development.As the traditional forest fruit cultivation mode and production mode have been deepened,the forestry degree industry has developed relative Lag behind.In this paper,the cultivation mode of the dwarfing and close planting of the existing Xinjiang fruit and vegetable industry is carried out.When the common rotary tiller is cultivated and weed,the area between the fruit tree and the fruit tree can not be carried out,resulting in less plowing and leaking.Farming In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward a kind of cultivation method of obstacle avoidance tillage,installs hydraulic control system and obstacle avoidance execution system on common rotary tiller,designs a kind of obstacle avoidance and rotary tillage machinery suitable for Xinjiang orchard,The simulation and optimization of the rotary tillage blade were carried out by computer and related simulation software.The key structure was optimized and improved.The optimal tillage working parameters were obtained by testing the prototype and field test.(1)According to the special climate,soil condition,orchard planting pattern of Xinjiang and the technical requirements of the orchard rotary tiller,the existing mature model and advanced agricultural tillage machinery are used to design a hedge machine for fruit trees,Frame,coupling,hydraulic obstacle avoidance system,transmission system,rotary tillage blade,rotary tiller roller,deepening device,suspension device and retaining plate,etc,to complete the cultivation of orchards in the orchard,The problem of plowing.(2)The paper chooses and chooses the key components of the orchard,and chooses the appropriate type of rotary tiller for the special working conditions of the sandy soil and the obstacle avoidance operation in Xinjiang.According to the planting mode of the orchard,the parameters such as tillage width and tillage are determined.Combine the existing rotary tiller,select the appropriate rotary tiller and cutter.(3)Finite element analysis of the key components of obstacle avoidance orchard cultivator,using finite element analysis software ANSYS analysis of rotary blade and obstacle avoidance touch rod the maximum stress,strain and deformation results respectively.The results show that the strain and deformation of small,equipment in obstacle avoidance operation,rotary tillage blade by the maximum stress 447.38 MPa,obstacle avoidance touch the rods and the maximum stress is 144.07 MPa,the simulation results were in the allowable stress range,meet the design requirements.(4)Based on the relevant national standards of NY / T2456-2013 "Technical Specification for Quality Evaluation of Rotary Tiller" and other relevant standards,the prototype test was carried out at the Tank Laboratory of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Institute of Tarim University.Orthogonal test,the best working parameters of the machine combination A2B1C2(travel speed 3km / h,speed 540 r / min,tillage depth 15 cm),through the torque test system TT10 K measured the torque of the prototype 338.95 N.m,The field rate is 97.54% and the leakage rate is 3.58%.The data meet the national standard and design requirements.
