Pomelo Orchard Soil Fertility Status And Improvement Measures Of Changshou City

Influenced by traditional concepts, the pomelo trees of Changshou fertilization existed deviated from fertilization, excessive fertilizer and serious lack of soil organic matter gein, etc. By the end of 2010, balance formula fertilization was advocated in the pomelo trees of Changshou production areas. In order to investigate the soil nutrients and the effect on growth of the pomelo trees of Changshou production areas, the pH value, macroelement, trace element and the nutrition of soil and leaf samples were analysised by gathering soil and leaf sample. Taking different soil texture and trees’ ages into account, different fertilization schemes are put forward, which provide experimental bases to improve the fruit quality and planting profit of the pomelo of Changshou.
