In this study of more than 200 weather stations of spring corn and more than 180 weather stations of summer corn records 7 on climate factors analyzed by Spss software to calculate the contribution of each of the potential of climatic factors on our spring and summer corn distribution. ArcGIS 10.0 software based on China’s spring and summer corn distribution division of climatic suitability. Studies have shown that the production of maize has seven major climatic factors: the average annual temperature, ≥10℃ accumulated temperature, frost-free period, annual precipitation, days ≥10℃, the average low temperature in spring, ≥0℃ accumulated temperature. Spring maize production of major climatic factor is the number of days ≥10℃, the accumulated temperature and annual precipitation. Summer Maize Production of major climatic factor is heat(average temperature, accumulated temperature), and precipitation. Our spring maize farming area showed significant northward and eastward expansion characteristics, which is mainly derived from corn suitable area average temperatures rise due to expand. Temperature rise, resulting in prolonged frost, accumulated elevated, so the heat supplied season crop production is far more than the growth of demand for the crop. Precipitation in various regions of the country analysis found that China still maintained precipitation trend east to the west, and the changes in recent decades. But it is worth noting that the line of 400 mm annual rainfall has gradually expanded to the west and southwest and southeast coastal provinces most precipitation, easy to cause localized flooding.Dynamic changes of the area of the spring and summer corn cultivation suitability distribution of 1965 to 2014. The results show that China’s spring maize suitable planting areas showed a significant increase in area, and showed significant expansion eastward and northward trend. Over the past decade, China’s south and southeastern provinces of spring maize cultivation area increased significantly increase the amount to nearly 3X106 square kilometers, has become China’s major corn-growing areas of spring. Area most suitable for the cultivation of summer corn area remained essentially unchanged at 6.7 X106 square kilometers of acreage. But the most suitable for planting summer corn area to the eastern region also showed a trend of gradually spread, and summer corn climate suitable area is showing a slight trend towards expansion in southern China. Based on the above findings, it shows that the production potential of the spring and summer corn is still very large.
