As people pay more attention to the dietary structure and nutrition quality rising, trace nutrient elements in food were getting more and more attention.The use of breeding combined with fertilization and other agronomic measures to improve the the content of trace elements in grain of crops, is the application of more rapid and effective measures to improve the quality of crops in recent years. By improving the content of trace elements in grain crops and the biological availability, can satisfy people’s demand for nutrition, alleviate the problem of the trace elements in traditional food crops. Potato as the main food crops of human food, its nutrition and nutrient balance, not only rich in vitamin C, quality protein, but also a full range of mineral elements, etc. Potato tubers are rich in potassium, and a certain amount of iron and zinc can be used as the important source of food for the human body to provide potassium, iron and zinc, so research on potato trace elements absorption accumulation of related research has gradually attracted attention. In this experiment, three new varieties of potato varieties, Dong Nong 308, Dong Nong 310 and Dong Nong 311, which were selected from similar growth period but different types in the northeast. Using multi factor field experiment design to carry out the research on the absorption and accumulation of potassium, iron and zinc in the growth of the middle and late stage. To explore the effects of potassium, iron and zinc in potato tubers and the level of fertilizer application, and to provide basic data for the screening of potato genotypes with high potassium, iron and zinc content. At the same time, to provide theoretical support for the cultivation of high quality potato with the purpose of enriching nutrient elements.The main results are as follows:1. There are differences in potato tubers potassium content in different varieties, the potassium content of Dong Nong 310 was extremely significantiy higher than DongNong 311. The potassium content of DongNong 310 was significantly higher than Dong Nong 308 under nitrogen treatment. The maximum absorption amount of tuber potassium absorption rate and the highest period were different, DongNong 310 and DongNong 311 tubers potassium maximum uptake and absorption rate is the highest in the same period, DongNong 308 was not, ahead of time about 14 days.In the treatment of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer,the maximum absorption quantity and the highest absorption rate is the same period, fertilizer on the potassium absorption effect of the same trend.The effect of fertilizer on the absorption of potassium was the same.2. The iron content in tubers were significantly different among varieties, iron content from high to low were DongNong 311, DongNong 310 and DongNong 308. The application of nitrogen fertilizer, the content of iron in tubers were high, while the application of potassium fertilizer is not good for the accumulation of tubers. Varieties of tubers iron maximum absorption amount and the highest rate in different periods. Under the treatment of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer, the absorption of iron in the Dong Nong 310 and the Dong Nong 311 tuber were consistent. Dongnong 308 in nitrogen fertilizer treatment absorption maximum amount and the highest absorption period of iron delayed by 7 days than in potassium fertilizer treatment.3. There are differences in potato tubers zinc content in different varieties. DongNong 310 tubers zinc content was significantly higher than DongNong 311 and DongNong 308.The maximum absorption amount of zinc and absorption rate of the highest period for different genotypes and different types of fertilizer. In the nitrogen fertilizer treatment, the maximum absorption amount and the highest zinc absorption period of DongNong 308 was the same as DongNong 310. In the potassium fertilizer treatment, the maximum absorption amount and the highest absorption period of zinc that DongNong 310 was the same as Dong Nong 311. Dongnong 308 in nitrogen fertilizer treatment absorption maximum amount and the highest absorption period of zinc ahead of 14 days than in potassium fertilizer treatment. Under the treatment of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer, Dong Nong 311 the absorption of the same period.
