Screening And Evaluation On Control Technique Of Tobacco Black Shank In Wenshan Yunnan

In this paper, effects of transplanting with drugs and different uncovering time, plant inducers, garlic intercropping occurred on tobacco black shank and economic traits, main conclusions were as follows:(1) Growth period had been shorten after transplanting with drug and Film mulching, the occurrence of black shank had been control effectively, agronomic traits of tobacco had been enhanced. The effect of treatment of transplanting with drugs and Film mulching, removing film after 30d transplanting was the best, growth of tobacco had been stronger, the relative effect control of black shank was 53.85%-65.28%, the output value of tobacco was the highest,63,131.1 yuan/hm2, the average price was the highest,25.3 yuan/kg, the proportion of superior tobacco and the proportion of medium superior tobacco were respectively 57.5% and 90.7%. The effect of treatment of transplanting with drugs and Film mulching, removing film after 30d transplanting was better.(2) The effects of isolane, chitosan and Dihydrojasmonate on growth of tobacco were good. With the process of tobacco growth period, incidence and disease index of tobacco black shank increased, the relative effect control of black shank of each plant chemical resistance inducer declined.80d after transplanting, efficiency of isolane was the highest, 65.23%, followed by chitosan and dihydrojasmonate, the relative effect control of black shank were 62.07% and 55.75%, the relative efficiency of methyl salicylate and metalaxyl were relatively low, respectively,49.71% and 43.01%. The economic traits of treatment of isolane, chitosan, tobacco Dihydrojasmonate were the best, yield of isolane, chitosan and Dihydrojasmonate were 2609.6kg/hm2,2567.8kg/hm2 and 2458.1kg/hm2, the output value were 66,544.8yuan/hm2,64965.3yuan/hm2 and 63,664.8 yuan/hm2, average price were 25.5 yuan/kg,25.3 yuan/kg and 25.9 yuan/kg, the proportion of superior tobacco were 60.2%, 59.3% and 58.6%, they were significant higher than methyl salicylate, metalaxyl and water treatment.(3) 80d after transplanting, the relative effect control of black shank of intercropping garlic were 47.14% and 41.53%, respectively, the relative effect control of bacterial wilt were 39.37% and 38.64%, respectively, the relative effect control of brown spot were 37.76% and 32.66%, the relative effect control on the climate of the spot disease, wildfire, angular leaf spot of were lower. Intercropping garlic treatment significantly had increased the output value of tobacco leaf, the output value of intercropping garlic treatments tobacco were 68,297.8 yuan/hm2 and 67,149.0 yuan/hm2, was significantly higher than the CK, average price, the proportion of middle and superior tobacco had been increased.
