Research Of Flue-Cured Tobacco Transplanting Technology In Well Cellar In Jilin Province

Well cellar type transplanting technique for the study of flue-cured Jilin province two flue-cured tobacco varieties Jiyan9, Jiyan10. The result shows, well pit cover film type transplanting method could maintain the temperature of ridge soil stability than transplanting method: Temperatures well pit20cm at a certain time is relatively stable, well pit edge department and the well cellar temperature at10cm pit wells are closely related with the outside weather conditions. With the rise in cavities indicate the location of the well, with the outside temperature trends are also bigger, especially close to the ground relatively well pit edge the most obvious change in temperature. the hole of well cellar could keep warm when the day is large changes in ambient temperatures. The constant temperature weather in the hole which formed by film mulching well cellar transplanting method is helpful to tobacco seeding growth, that grew faster than film mulching traditional transplanting method, showed at plant height, biggest leaf length, leaf width, stem girth and the number of leaves.The two varieties of flue-cured tobacco of Jiyan9, Jiyan10, whether before or after the roast, various chemical components of tobacco in different parts at different times with the increase of the number of days varies, wherein the content of total sugar, reducing sugar showing that covering film more than removing film, removing film is greater than non-film of the law. The content of total nitrogen, nicotine, starch, chlorine, potassium is showing irregular variations. Test results that tobacco reaches mature technology, its internal chemical composition coordinating and content suitable. The covering film which uses the well pit style transplanting has high sugar content of total sugar, reducing sugar. Other treatments have lower content of total nitrogen, starch, nicotine, chlorine and potassium, aroma and quality better, higher economic value and use value.
