This experiment was to study aflatoxin Bl as the main pollution of natural mildew corn, mixture adsorbent (by hydrated silicon calcium sodium aluminate and yeast cell wall) and different stages of broiler production performance, the influence of the broiler health, tissue residues.Experiment using 2×2 factorial design int three stages:Two sources of corn:moldy corn and normal corn;Two kinds of adsorbent amount:0 kg and 2.5 kg/t; Three stages:starter (1-21d),grower (22-41 d) and the whole (1-41d).A total of 10 groups, each group has eight replicates, every replicate 10 broilers.The results are as follows:(1) Moldy corn significantly reduce 1-21 d body weight, body weight gain, feed intake, body weight(P< 0.05), broiler fed moldy corn at grower,whole stages siginificantly reduce 22-41 d body weight gain, feed intake, and 1-41 d average feed intake, body weight gain (P< 0.05);Adsorbent significantly increased 1-21 d body weight., body weight gain and grower treatment group 1-41 d body weight gain (P< 0.05).(2) Moldy corn significantly reduce the 21d blood ALT activity (P< 0.05). significantly reduce whole treatment group 41d ALT and AST activity(P< 0.05);Adsorbent significantly reduces 21 d CRE content (P< 0.05), and reduce whole treatment group 41 d ALT activity, grower treatment group uric acid content (P< 0.05).(3) Moldy corn significantly improved the 21 d spleen, thymus and bursa of fabricius index and whole treatment group 41 d spleen index (P< 0.05), and adsorbent significantly drop down 21d kidney index, improve whole treatment group 41 d spleen index (P< 0.05);Under the condition of feeding mildew corn added adsorbent significantly reduces the bursa of fabricius index of 21 d and whole treatment group 41 d spleen index (P <0.05).(4) Moldy corn significantly reduces 21 d blood and liver gsh-px activity and 21d CAT activity in blood and duodenum (P< 0.05), adsorbent significantly reduce the 21d jejunum MDA content (P< 0.05):Under the condition of feeding mildew corn added adsorbent significantly improved the 21 d blood T-SOD, gsh-px and jejunum T-SOD and gsh-px activity in ileum;significantly reduces the 21d liver、duodenum and jejunum MDA content (P< 0.05).Moldy corn significantly reduce whole treatment group 41 d duodenum T-SOD activity and 41 d ileum T-SOD activity, refuce grower treatment group CAT activity in liver, (P< 0.05). under the condition of feeding mildew corn added adsorbent significantly reduces the start treatment group 41 d liver CAT and whole treatment goup gsh-px activity in duodenum and T-SOD activity in blood (P< 0.05).(5) Moldy corn significantly reduced the 21 d,41 d duodenum, jejunum villus height, V/C and 41 d V/C of ileum, improves the 21d,41 d duodenum, jejunum, ileum crypt depth (P< 0.05).Adsorbent significantly increased 21 d duodenum, jejunum, ileum V/C、 villus height and 41d duodenum, jejunum, ileum villus height,41 d,21d jejunum, ileum V/C, reduces the 21d and 41d duodenal fossae depth (P<0.05). Moldy corn significantly reduced the Whole and Grower treatment group of 41d duodenum, jejunum and ileum villus height and velvet, V/C, improved crypt depth of 41 d duodenal crypt depth(P< 0.05). Adsorbent was significantly reduced in the Grower reatment group and theWhole treatment group of 41d duodenal crypt depth, improves the 41d duodenum and jejunum villus height(P< 0.05).Mildew corn significantly reduce the 21 d jejunum maltase activity (P< 0.05), adsorbent significantly improved the 21 d jejunum invertase activity, under the condition of feeding mildew corn added adsorbent significantly improved the 21 d jejunum invertase activity (P< 0.05). Adsorbent can significantly improvewhole treatment group activity of sucrase41 d(P<0.05).(6) Moldy com significantly improved the residue levels in 21d,41 d blood and liver, (P< 0.05).Adsorbent significantly reduced 21d and 41d liver, blood residue levels (P < 0.05).staring group detected no residue,and significantly lower than the whole p and grower group (P< 0.05).Multiple factors analysis results show that under the condition of feeding mildew corn added adsorbent can significantly reduce the 41d liver, blood residue;Mildew corn significantly increased in the late phase and the whole group of 41 d liver, remains in the blood, to starter group effect was not significant; Adsorbent was significantly reduced in the grower and the whole group of 41 d liver, blood residues, impact on the previous experimental group was not significant.whole group with moldy corn group in 41 d blood and liver have maximum residue levels (P< 0.05)..Conclusion:feeding modly corn significantly reduced broiler production performance, affect intestinal development, damaged the liver function/structure and oxidation, and fed modly corn in start is more harmful to broiler than in grower phase; Add the adsorbent can alleviate to some modly cron effect on broiler.Fed modly corn whole phase is more harmful than just in grower or starter phase.meanwhile effect of adsorbent for the whole period patients to improve the effect on production performance is better than that of starter and grower group.The starter group of the experimental group in 22- 41 d feeding normal corn on production performance has a role in recovery in normal level, but failed to return to some function of liver and duodenum.Adsorbent can reduce AFB1 is added in the modly corn residue in liver and blood, the starter group of the experimental group in 41 d no residue has been detected.
