Study On Allelopathic Effects Of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge

Salvia miltiorrhiza is a traditional Chinese medicine with root medicine, which has curative effect in treatment of cardiovascular disease. Zhongjiang countuy was considered as the genuine producing area of DanShen with a long history of cultivation. A suitable and drought resistant breed emerged by the way of rhizome transplanting cultivation during a protracted period. In our study, we investigate the influences of Salvia miltiorrhiza allelochemicals on seeds germination and growth of roots and seeds of different plants, growth curve and content of hormone of Salvia miltiorrhiza callus and antioxidant enzymes of Salvia miltiorrhiza seeding. The main achievements as follows:1. The allelopathy of Salvia miltiorrhiza extracts on seeds and seedlings of different plants was related with concentration. And the higher concentration the extracts, the stronger the inhibition or the weaker the promotion. For the seeds and seedlings, regardless of concentration extracts,the inhibition of stem decomposed liquid was the strongest among the four kinds of extracts.2. The research of effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza allelochemicals on growth callus and content of hormone of Salvia miltiorrhiza callus indicated that:the different allelochemicals had inhibition effect to the growth of callus, changed the cells growth. According to the RI, the promotion effect of allelochemicals on IAA was stronger than GA3. And the water extract of root had promotion effect on hormones, the others had inhibition effect:GF< JT< JF.3. The RI of allelopathy of different kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza organic extracts on seedlings antioxidant enzymes indicated that five kinds of extracts had inhibition effect on enzymes, JF-S> GT-Y> JT-Z> JT-S> JF-F, and nine kinds of extracts had promotion effect on enzymes, GF-F> JT-F> GF-S> JF-Y> JF-Z>GF-Y> GT-F> GT-S> JT-Y> GT-Z> GF-Z. The RI of allelopathy of four kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza organic extracts on seedlings antioxidant enzymes indicated that alkaloids had inhibition effect on enzymes and the others, including phenolics, organic acids and neutral substances, had promotion effect, phenolics> neutral substances> organic acids. The RI of allelopathy of different levels of Salvia miltiorrhiza organic extracts on seedlings antioxidant enzymes indicated that 0.1 g/mL and 0.4 g/mL of extracts had inhibition effect on enzymes,0.4 g/mL>0.1 g/mL. And the others had promotion effect,0.2 g/mL>0.05 g/mL>0.02 g/mL.
