This study is aim to study the effects on the growth performance, serum biochemical parameters, immune organ indexes, antioxidant indicators of liver and kidney, liver enzyme activities and intestinal flora indicators of broilers feeding dietary supplementation aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) and Lactobacillus plantarum F22(L.plantarum F22). Choose one-day-old Avian broiler 120 were randomly divided into three groups with four replicates of 10. Each group were control group (basal diet), AFB1 group (basal diet+50μg/kgAFB1), mixed group (basal diet+50μg/kgAFB1+1%L.plantarum F22), the trial period 28d. During the experiment, growth performance was measured at 14 days and 28 days of age, and at 28 days of age, serum, liver, kidney, spleen, thymus, bursa, duodenum and cecal contents samples were collected and measured relevant indicators. Results are as follows:1.Growth performance:At 14 day, the average weight(AW), average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI) of AFB1 group and mixed group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), feed conversion (F/G) was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), the difference was not significant between AFB1 group and mixed group (P>0.05); at 28 days, the AW, ADG, ADFI of AFB1 group were significantly lower than the control group and mixed group (P<0.05), F/G was significantly higher than the mixed group (P<0.05), AW, ADFI of mixed group had no significant difference with the control group (P>0.05).2.Serum biochemical parameters:aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities of AFB1 group were significantly higher than the mixed group (P<0.05), AST, ALP of the mixed group had no significant difference with the control group (P>0.05); total protein (TP), albumin (ALB) of AFB1 group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), the TP, ALB of mixed group had an increasing trend and BUN has a downward trend, but has no significant difference with other groups (P>0.05).3.Immune organ indexes:bursa and thymus indexes of AFB1 group were significantly lower than the control group and the mixed group (P<0.05), no significant difference between mixed group and control group (P>0.05); the spleen organ index of AFB1 was significantly higher than the control group and mixed group (P<0.05), no significant difference between mixed group and control group (P>0.05).4.antioxidant indexes:serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) of AFB1 group were significantly lower than control group and mixed group (P<0.05), malondialdehyde (MDA)levels were significantly higher than control group and mixed group (P<0.05), no significant difference between mixed group and control group (P>0.05). Liver SOD, GSH-Px, catalase (CAT) of AFB1 group were significantly lower than the control group and mixed group (P<0.05), MDA levels was significantly higher than the control group and mixed group (P<0.05), no significant difference between the mixed group and the control group (P>0.05). Kidney SOD of AFB1 group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), the SOD of mixed group had. not significantly different with other groups (P>0.05), the GSH-Px, CAT of AFB1 group were significantly lower than the control group and mixed group (P<0.05), no significant difference between the mixed group and the control group (P>0.05), the MDA levels of AFB1 group was significantly higher than mixed groups (P<0.05), but there has significant difference between mixed group and control group (P<0.05).5.Liver enzyme activities:the cholinesterase (CHE) of AFB1 group was significantly lower than the control group and mixed group (P<0.05), the mixed group still significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), the succinatedehydrogenase (SDH) of AFB1 group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), no significant difference between the mixed group and each group (P>0.05); ALP levels of AFB1 group was significantly higher than the control group and mixed group (P<0.05), the difference between the mixed group and the control group was not significant (P>0.05).6.Intestinal flora indicators:in duodenum contents, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium counts of AFB1 group were significantly lower than the control group and mixed group (P<0.05), the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium counts of mixed group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), the Escherichia coli and Enterococcus counts of AFB1 group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), no significant differencebetween the two groups mixed mixed group (P>0.05). In cecum contents, the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium counts of A.FB 1 group were significantly lower than the control group and the mixed group (P<0.05), no significant difference between the mixed group and the control group (P>0.05), the Escherichia coli and Enterococcus counts of AFB1 group were significantly higher than the control group and mixed group (P<0.05), while Escherichia coli and Enterococcus counts of the mixed group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The DGGE fingerprinting and cluster analysis on the duodenum and cecum contents are tested, the number of bands between the groups in duodenum and cecal contents were not significantly different (P>0.05) and low similarity index between different gut flora indicated bacterial composition were significantly different; in duodenal contents, the similarity is between 89% to 95% while the similarity between 88% to 92% in cecal contents, indicate that the description flora diversity of the duodenum and cecal contents were not changed significantly. In summary, there have been a typical AFB1 chronic symptoms when broiler diets feeding AFB1 alone, while adding AFB1 and L.plantarum F22, L.plantarum F22 could improved the growth performance and related indicators of liver function of broilers to some extent, anti-oxidative capacityof broilers returned to normal levels and promote the balance of intestinal flora.
