Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect ofadding emulsifier on intestinal flora and immune function of broilers.Investigate the potential effect of emulsifiers adjust the intestinal flora andimmune function, to provide a reference from the microscopic point of viewon diet, in order to optimize the broiler diets, healthy farming, reduceproduction costs and improve economic efficiency. Methods: A total of6401-day-old Arbor Acres(AA) broilers were randomly divided into fourtreatments,8replicates each treatment,20chickens each replicate.Testgroup1for the positive control group, the diet for normal fats horizontal, test group2to the negative control group, contained lipid less0.5%thanpositive control, test group3as Emulsifier1, is below the normal level oflipid supplemented with0.05%emulsifier1,test group4as Emulsifier2,isbelow the normal level of lipid supplemented with0.05%emulsifier2.During the test, which careful observation the mental state of the chickens, water, feed and stool,On day42, randomly selected one broiler fromtreatments, On day42, the blood, immune organs and digesta in ileum andcecum of broilers were collected for detecting the targets. Results:Theresults showed that the different Emulsifiers deceased the number ofClostridium perfringens in cecum (P<0.05), but not for Escherichia coli(P≥0.05). Emulsifiers increased the spleen index and bursa of Fabriciusindex by27to48%, respectively(P<0.05), but not for thymus index(P≥0.05), and Emulsifiers also enhanced the serum levels of IgA and IgM ofbroilers (P<0.05).Conclusion:The results suggest that adding Emulsifier inthe lower lipid diet can improve the intestinal flora and immune function ofbroilers.
