Establishing a simple method of rice genetic polymorphism DNA fingerprinting technique with high-resolution identification and authenticity has important implications for guiding rice breeding and seed market norms. Identification of new standards technical regulations issued by the Ministry of Agriculture rice industry is based on rules of SSR markers established from Representative Rice with thirty-five different genetic characteristics. In this study, based on the above standard method, genetic parent material polymorphic and specificity of 100 parts of hybrid rice were compared, and the results showed that: 1. Establishment and genetic diversity analysis of specific digital fingerprint of tested parent materialIn this study, the 48 SSR markers of new standard will be amplified fragment confers value, initially established 100 hybrid rice parental figures molecular fingerprint library.Analysis genetic similarity coefficient of tested material, genetic similarity coefficient among Varieties ranged from 0.54-0.97. Selecting higher polymorphic markers in the corresponding chromosome is recommended.Comparing fingerprint database with representative 35 rice varieties in Standard, the study founding 16 new allelic variation sites compare with35 typical rice varieties in standard, is Cloned and be sequenced,the new variant sites may be added as the information of the Ministry of Agriculture standard fingerprint database, rich the genetic information and representative breed information of rice standard library. 3.Molecular breeding prediction of tested Parent materialComparing molecular differences of 8 super rice or country approved rice of the test materials between parents, digital molecular fingerprint of 8 high-quality rice combination of heterozygous sites have 27-32.the heterozygosity is among 0.563-0.667, the Parents of hybrid breeding molecular marker heterozygosity between 0.563-0.667 with a strong superiority combinations of potential. These can be used to guide the molecular prediction breeding of hybrids rice parent. 4.Theestablish of digital molecular fingerprint database of virtual combinations and seed purity of rice.The research based on the molecular fingerprint database of 88 CMS Lines of material and 12 male part material of 100 rice material,According to the genetic differences between different virtual combinations,it can be used to identify the authenticity of F1 hybrids. In addition, according to the heterozygous sites of virtual combinations, guiding rapid identification of hybrid seeds Purity.
