Pepper is liked by people,because of its good taste, and the abundant using value. At present, China is the world’s largest producer of pepper. Pepper has become an important economic crop farmers to get rich, but most of the planting areas are still us ing the artificial transplanting. At present, Europe, the United States and other agricultural developed countries are using the whole automatic transplanting machine, because of the complex control system and high cost are not in line with China’s national conditions; Semi-automatic transplanting machine with different structure forms is mostly used by artificial feeding, which greatly limits the efficiency and poor reliability of transplanting. In recent years, the cost of artificial transplanting is increasing, which has restricted the economic growth of the growers. In this case, to improve the mechanization degree of the transplanting operation, it is very important to develop the automatic pepper seedling transplanting mechanism, which has high efficiency and stable performance.In view of the disadvantages of the development of transplanting mechanization, relying on the research group’s optimized design platform, I develop The transplanting mechanism of the whole automatic pepper pot seedling based on Pascal gear system, which meet s the requirements of pepper transplanting agronomic. And using the modern design methods reasonable, I establish the theoretical model of transplanting mechanism, and prepare for the visual computer aided analysis software, and optimize the complex pepper seedling trajectory, so as to meet the agronomic requirements, and through the perfect CAD system which puts the computer as assistant tool design method through design,I complete the design of the virtual prototype and simulation test, provide a more accurate and reasonable basis for the follow-up study.The specific contents are as follows:(1) Combined with topic research content, I analyze and compare the working principle of the existing transplanting machine used in the domestic and foreign countries, and find the various problems,which are how to complete the process of pepper seedling transplanting fully automated in the simple and efficient way to adapt to China’s national conditions.(2) Cultivating a certain number of pepper nutritional bowl seedlings, and take the seedling material and mechanical test at the right time, such as measuring plant height, the stem diameter and so on. Put forward application in pepper seedling transplanting leaf large the inversion loopbuckle in the shape of "8" trajectory, which is used for the large r leaf at the process of the pepper seedling transplanting, and analysis of its characteristics. In order to meet the complex trajectory of pepper seedling transplanting, and put forward the method which apply the speed ratio transmission of Pascal gear system to the pepper pot seedling transplanting mechanism in design, and put forward the method which is based on changing the Pascal spiral gear pitch curve parameter fitting, In order to make the mechanism working track meet the agronomic requirements, design the pitch curve of the conjugate gear and the curve of the joint of the pepper, and so complete the development and design of the transplanting mechanism of the rotary pepper pot seedling of Pascal gear system.(3) In view of the above mentioned Pascal gear system, I set up the transplanting mechanism of pepper pot seedling, and establish the theoretical movement model,and then analyze and solve the kinematic law of each gear in the gear system, which lays a solid foundation for the further development of the computer aided optimization design software for the transplanting mechanism of pepper seedling.(4) On the basis of theoretical analysis, with the programming language of Visual Basic 6.0, I develop the computer aided optimization design software i ndependently, which is visualization and human-computer interactive for pepper seedling,and introduce the interface of the software, the control buttons and the main functions. Comparison of different input parameters of the transplanting trajectory, optimize the "8" working track to meet the agronomic requirements, and record the input parameters of the track, and provide the basis for the structure design of the transplanting mechanism.(5) Using Auto CAD2010 software, according to the optimization of th e structure parameters of the computer aided optimization design software, I design the transplanting mechanism of the various parts, in the final complete the two-dimensional drawings of the organization. According to the drawing of the last chapter, with using the NX8.0 software, I establish the three-dimensional model of the mechanism, and assemble the model.(6) And in the ADAMS2010,I complete the simulation test of the kinematics model of mechanism, which the interference is checked.The simulation ex periment finds that, the absolute and relative motion trajectory of the obtained mechanism in simulation experiment is the same as the motion characteristic curve both in optimization software and in theoretical analysis, verif ied the correctness of the theoretical analysis of the mechanism and affirmed the practical operability of the prototype manufacturing. Using 3D printing technology to achieve the rapid prototyping of the Pascal gears automatic pepper seedling transplanting organization physical prot otype model, and through the experiment of high-speed photography, then complete the verification agency working track, which is confirmed the correctness of the design and development of the transplanting mechanism.
