The experiment is conducted in rice testing station of Shenyang Agricultural University in Liaozhong in 2014-2015(122.669°S,41.519°N), the materials for test is Shennong 1407. The sowing date of the experiment is April 10th and the transplanting date is May 17th. There are three transplanting modes in the experiment:the bowling mechanical transplanting, the blanket mechanical transplanting and the blanket manual transplanting. And it sets up four periods of fertilizer, respectively:base fertilizer, tiller fertilizer, panicle fertilizer and the grain fertilizer. There are four proportion in the applying, respectively:the proportion between base and tiller fertilizer with panicle and grain fertilizer is 5.5:4.5; the proportion between base and tiller fertilizer with panicle and grain fertilizer is 6:4; the proportion between base and tiller fertilizer with panicle and grain fertilizer is 7:3 and a control group which no fertilizer is applied, and the proportion of the base fertilizer and the tiller fertilizer is 6:4, and the proportion of the panicle fertilizer and the grain fertilizer is also 6:4. The total amount of nitrogen fertilizer is 225kg/hm2. The proportion of the applying of N, P2O5 and K2O is 2:1:1. Phosphatic fertilizer is all applied as the base fertilizer before harrowing, potash fertilizer is applied each half of the gross before and after the harrowing. It is studied in the experiment about physiological feature such as the dynamic growth of population, yield characteristic of matters and influence factors of yield.Research results show that:1. Different sowing and transplanting methods had a significant effect on the tiller of rice. Due to the germinating pot is used to raise seedling in the mode of the bowling seedling transplanting, it independents between pot and pot, the transplanting from the pot to field can not to hurt the roots, so after transplanting, it does not need seedling recovering, the seeding tillers directly under the moderate temperature. So it can be seen from the results:bowling seedling mechanical transplanting has obvious differences and advantages in tillering with the blanket mechanical transplanting and the blanket manual transplanting. The former is significantly higher than the latter two ones. Comparing to the blanket mechanical transplanting, the bowling mechanical transplanting may product 60×104 more spikes per hectare, so it exert a corresponding effect in yield, and the bowling mechanical transplanting and the blanket mechanical transplanting to improve the yield ratio of 6% to 10%. Also, the bowling mechanical transplanting exerts some effects on the plant height and accumulation of dry matters.2. Under different modes of fertilization, the number of productive ear in unit area and total grain were obviously different, all of those resulted the difference in final yield of rice. In the mode of fertilizer applying in the proportion between base and tiller fertilizer with panicle and grain fertilizer which is 6:4, rice yield is the most obviously advantage, it is secondly advantage in the mode of fertilizer applying in the proportion between base and tiller fertilizer with panicle and grain fertilizer which is 5.5:4.5 and in the control group, there is no advantage in productive ear, total grain and yield. And, it also exerts some effect on SPAD of the top of three leaves and accumulation of dry matters.3. From the aspect of quality, bowling seedling mechanical transplanting may enhance the appearance quality and RVA of rice, so does the proportion of fertilizer. It has a better performance in the appearance quality and RVA in the mode of the proportion between base and tiller fertilizer with panicle and grain fertilizer is 6:4.4. In conclusion, it gets the highest rice yield in the mode of the bowling mechanical transplanting and blanket manual transplanting under fertilizer applying mode of the proportion between base and tiller fertilizer with panicle and.grain fertilizer is 6:4. It has a significantly increase in tillers, percentage of earbearing tiller, accumulating in dry matters and SPAD. Its yield advantage mainly lies in the effective number of ears and total grain number on significant differences comparing to other processing mode. In this mode of production, the application of nitrogen fertilizer can be absorbed and utilized effectively, and the quality of rice can be guaranteed.
