Through field investigation, one Armeniaca sibirica ’Pink Flower’ original strain which is equipped with gorgeous color and good ornamental value was selected from 7 strains so as to act as an important breeding target. Then the study on grafting and tissue culture of Armeniaca sibirica ’Pink Flower’ were carried out, which aimed to find more mature and reliable asexual reproduction techniques and methods. This research would promote the Armeniaca sibirica ’Pink Flower’ variety approved and popularized and accelerate the application of Armeniaca sibirica’Pink Flower’in landscape. The main experimental results are as follows:(1) Armeniaca sibirica ’Pink Flower’ (F) was chosen as the important breeding target, and regional test was carried out in order to ascertain the phenological period, ornamental characters and adaptivity. The results indicated that the flowering phase was 7-8 days, and the quality characters were stable and without variation. In addition, there were no significant difference between quantitative character and adaptivity. Therefore, Armeniaca sibirica ’Pink Flower’ could be cultivated as the variety.(2) Grafting method was the most important factor on grafting survival rate of Armeniaca sibirica ’Pink Flower’, followed by grafting time and treating scions mode, and rootstock’s diameter had least impact. Furthermore, the rootstock’s diameter had significant positive correlation with new branch growth, including length and width. To reach 90% or higher survival rate, the scions with apical buds or the top waxed and the rootstocks with diameter larger than 0.7 cm when the rootstock sap begins to flow prior to the buds starting to swell were the key factors by using side grafting or cleft grafting.(3) While using 0.1% HgCl2 to sterilize Armeniaca sibirica ’Pink Flower’ explants for 3 minutes, the disinfection effect was best, the browning rate and the pollution rate of explant was the lowest, and the survival rate was highest which was up to 71.1%.(4) The optimal sampling time of Armeniaca sibirica ’Pink Flower’ explant was from May to July. During the period, the explant was germinating and growing, which carried few disease germs. The browning rate and pollution rate was the lowest, and the germination rate was highest.(5) The optimum basic culture medium for the Armeniaca sibirica ’Pink Flower’ explant was MS culture medium which provided optimal grow condition for explants. The explants growth were most robust in MS, which leave were fresh green and shoots elongation were greatest.(6) MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA was the most suitable culture medium for the Armeniaca sibirica’Pink Flower’shoot clumps induction, which induction ratio was highest as much as 50.0%.(7) MS+0.8mg/L6-BA+0.3mg/LNAA was optimum culture medium for the multiplication culture of Armeniaca sibirica’Pink Flower’, which proliferation ratio was 7.8. But the growth and elongation of the seedlings was slow. If adding 0.5 mg/L GA3, it would promote the elongation and growth of the shoots.(8) MS+0.6mg/L IBA was the optimal culture medium for the Armeniaca sibirica’Pink Flower’rooting, which rooting rate was as high as 80% and the average root number was 3.8.(9) In the process of transplanting Armeniaca sibirica’Pink Flower’,the most suitable substrate were pearlite matrix:peat= 1:2. Under this condition, the survival rate was highest which reached up to 53.3%, and the seedlings was in good growth condition.
