Vegetable seedling transplanting covers an area of approximately 57000 square hectometers in Xinmin City in2014,47% of the total planting area of vegetable industry. The plug seedling area accounts for about 4.1%, the seeding bed soil area of about 20.7%,the container seedling area of about 75.2% in 57000square hectometers. On the basis of this research, we propose countermeasures the development of vegetable factory breeding industry in Xinmin City accelerate the transformation of opinions and methods of vegetable industry. Vegetable Industrial Seedling in Xinmin City, according to the basic situation, generalizing the form of industrialized breeding, based on the national policy, and give more supports, improving the overall level of cultivation of vegetable seedling factory.
