| Drainage ditch is necessary for planting crops. In order to avoid idle farmland, the use of fallow fields has become represent a trend in agricultural production. While the southern winter rain, to ensure good growth of green manure and other crops,it must be required to provide with drainage ditch. At present, rice harvest and field ditching as two agronomic process usually completed separately. This paper introduces a design of ditching plow that can work with harvester and complete two tasks in one-time.It improved the production efficiency of agricultural operations, and saved consumption and working hours.First of all, the ditching plow was designed by used of mechanical structure design method, and determined the connection of integral type suspension with harvester and the overall structure; Then, the process of plow device operations in the theoretical study of kinematics and dynamics, the motion equation, determined to meet the operational requirements of the hydraulic piston stroke 10cm, required to provide support force 1200N; Plow trenching depth range is 0-20cm, the operating speed in the range of 0.7~1.2m/s, according to the actual operation effect, the ditching depth and operating speed as experimental factors of the indoor soil bin test and outdoor test field ditch ditch, through a series of experiments by ditching ditching stability the plough is basically over 90%, covering soil rate is less than 10% and the other indicators can meet the requirements of each experiment are that furrowing device can meet the requirements in different conditions. Plough making and indoor soil bin test bench was completed in the laboratory, and outdoor field experiment the ditching plough was integrated with harvester BiLang 4LZ-1.0 by hanging on the field after rice harvested. |
