In this article, the intercross F1 generation of LuChuan and Duroc pig and their parents LuChuan pigs were analyzed of slaughter traits, muscle histology and meat quality, hybirds effects was compared between crossbred F1 and their parents. QRT-PCR method was used to determine t mRNA expression levels of. intramuscular fat-related gene FAS, LPL, H-FABP, UCP3, Adiponectin, PGC-1a in LuChuan, DuLu and LuDu pig longissimus muscle.Enzyme activities and its changing law of LPL, MDH, ACC in longissimus muscles of three groups pigs were determined, and further research on the correlation between gene expressions, enzyme activities and IMF content. Discussed the pros and cons of heterosis and its molecular mechanism from better hybrids, has great significance for taking advantages of germplasm resources of local pig breeds in china, and could provide a scientific basis of developing new breeds from Chinese and foreign pig breeds.1. Determination of slaughter, the LuChuan and Duroc pig reciprocal F1 generation were better genetic good shape, high lean meat percentage and bigger eye muscle area, make up the defects of small size and low lean meat percentage of LuChuan pigs. Slaughter rates and eye muscle areas of DuLu pigs were significantly higher than LuDu pigs, indicating that improvement effects of carcass traits in DuLu pigs is better than LuDu pigs.2. In terms of meat quality, Meat colour, water capacity, shear force, pH values of reciprocal F1 generation were close to the parents in LuChuan, but no significantly different among the three groups; In terms of intramuscular fat content, LuChuan is the highest, significantly higher than that of LuDu pigs, DuLu pigs is higher than that of LuDu pigs, three groups of pig intramuscular fat content of three groups were significantly different. It showed that intramuscular fat has tended to the matrilmeal genetic trends.3. In muscle histology characteristics, Muscle fiber density of LuDu pig was higher than DuLu pig, muscle fiber diameter was lower than DuLu pig. F1 generation are located in between the two parents, but LuDu pig are closer to LuChuan pig, indicating that muscle fiber diameter and density tend to paternal genetic trends.4. In the determination of enzyme activities associated with intramuscular fat, Enzyme activities of LPL, MDH and ACC in longissimus muscle of three groups were not significantly different. Correlation analysis of intramuscular fat and other traits found that LPL enzyme activities of three groups were significant negative with intramuscular fat, MDH enzyme was positively correlated with intramuscular fat, ACC activity was positively correlated with intramuscular fat, but the correlation was not significant.5. Studies on the expression of genes associated with intramuscular fat found that expression of FAS gene in longissimus muscle in three groups were not significantly associated with intramuscular fat; expression levels of LPL and UCP3 gene were positively correlated with intramuscular fat, but no significant correlation; expression of H-FABP gene was significant positively correlated with intramuscular fat; expression of Adiponectin gene has a very significant negative correlation with backfat thickness, and was negatively correlated with intramuscular fat, but the correlation was not significant; PGC-1α gene has no significant correlation with intramuscular fat.
