Precision agriculture is widely recognized for sustainable development of agriculture, and in foreign countries has gained significant economic and social benefits. In precision agriculture technology system, precision variable spray is an important part of ensuring application rate per unit area and improve the utilization of pesticides, the necessary measures to reduce environmental pollution. In this paper, Northeast Agricultural University, key scientific and technological projects,around variable spraying purposes, analyzing the principle crop sprayer controller which is to ensure a constant spray amount per unit area of farmland spray job, according to the vehicle speed change sprayer, spray job data in real time to detect and control the amount of spray nozzles.Overall crop sprayer control system design, in-depth analysis of the non-walking test.For the current development needs of Precision Agriculture Variable spray technology, the paper precision variable spray control system research. Based on technical requirements, by means of analysis of closed-loop control principles and crop sprayer controller works through modular design method, we developed a microcontroller to control the core, control valve actuators for the controller design, depth of research programs around. Firstly, according to the system design and functional requirements, the relevant hardware detection section, and so the execution unit selection. Secondly, the controller hardware circuit design, focusing on the control board, a power supply circuit, the signal acquisition circuit and a drive circuit design, each module integrated circuit and PCB production model. Then, the controller software for the design, selection of C language software development platform Keil C51 write controller program, with a timing control board processor interrupt function control valve opening and closing time. For regulating valve control algorithm, the traditional PID and integral separated PID applications a serious overshoot and slow dynamic response of the phenomenon, the phenomenon, especially on this in-depth analysis, designed with hysteresis characteristics incremental PID control algorithm. Stable output,shorten the adjustment time, improve the control precision. After the final comprehensive study has designed a variable spray can achieve hand / automatic control crop sprayer controllers.This topic is designed to spray crops controller outdoor non-walk test. At a constant spray system pressure and manual mode to adjust the regulating valve ball valve opening, a single head and multi-head uniformity test, crop sprayer circuit stable working conditions, good spray nozzle performance; changing the working pressure, crop spraying system nozzles the amount of spray and spray amount set consistent; dynamic response to crop spray controller test analysis, testresults showed that crop sprayer in working condition, good dynamic performance of the controller;Finally, according to changes in simulation speed, real-time recording control flow rate, the actual flow rate and spray amount set theory to analyze test results show that crop sprayer spray volume controller to meet the set requirements.
