| Aiming at the problem of loss and damage in the process of garlic harvesting as well as combining with the cultivation of agricultural and physical and mechanical characteristics,this paper developed a kind of walking garlic harvester,which could solve the problems of lifting stem,clamping,conveying and cutting.Research contents of this paper were as follows:(1)Design and test of garlic crop stirring device.The contact deformation model and system energy equation were established,as well as garlic crop stirring conditions,the deflection model of garlic stalk,rotation of rubber bar and garlic plant offset bending curvature,the auxiliary grain supporting mechanism and key operation parameters of the divider.In addition,the operation parameters of the device were optimized through the field test.(2)Design and test of garlic floating clamping device.The rheological model of garlic stems and the viscoelastic parameters were constructed.According to the stem creep curve under different loads,the relationship between the key operation parameters and the clamping force of the conveying device,conveying loss and bulb damage was analyzed.(3)Design and test of root cutting device.Through the analysis of operation mechanism,the structural parameters of key components were determined,and the garlic clamping motion equation and the dynamic,deformation and cutting mechanical model of the shifting wheel group were constructed.Based on the bench test,the prediction model of root cutting operation quality was established,and optimization of the operation parameters of the device was solved.(4)Design and test of garlic combine harvester.The excavation mechanism and the intelligent collection device were designed.What’s more,the structure of the walking garlic combine harvester was developed.The results illustrated that when the forward speed was 0.51m/s,the excavation depth was 97.2 mm and the positioning spacing was 7.6 mm,the corresponding damage rate and loss rate were 0.65% and 1.28% respectively. |
