We use electric field conditions of the germination rate significantly which is improved Ea (the strength is 2kv/cm, the frequency is 15khz, the processing time is 5min) and inhibited the Eb (the strength is 4kv/cm, the frequency is 13khz, the processing time is 15min) of dealing with the drought stress korshinskii seeds, through testing germination index of caragana korshinskii seeds on drought stress condition, and content of seedling young leaves of soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline and chlorophyll, disscussing different electric field treatment effects on the germination and seedling growth of drought resistance. The results showed that different electric field treatment korshinskii seeds of drought stress on the seedling young leaves of soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline and chlorophyll content of influence were not the same.Compared with the control group, Ea electric field processing of caragana korshinskii seeds, soluble protein content increased by 10.1%, soluble sugar content increased by 12.7%, proline increased by 1.1%, a 34.3% increase in chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b decreased by 9.2%;Eb electric field processing of caragana korshinskii seeds, soluble protein content by 12.3%,32.6% lower soluble sugar content, proline decreased by 7.4%,10.4%less chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b increased by 8.6%. Experiment showed that the electric field korshinskii seeds of Ea treatment can increase the seed germination and seedling growth of the effect of drought stress tolerance, the electric field of Eb treatment korshinskii seed is lower korshinskii ability of drought resistance.Showed that the appropriate electric field treatment korshinskii seed can improve the drought-resistant ability of caragana korshinskii seeds, it has an important significance in the caragana korshinskii planting production process and further provides important experimental data on research of the electric field biological effect.
