In this study, a population consisting of 96 grape resources was chosen to create the association groups. using SSR molecular marker technique to obtain genotype data, then analyse the population structure and linkage disequilibrium. Sugar and organic acid in grape were analysed by HPLC. Volatile component in grape berries were quantitatively and quantitatively analyzed by headspace solid-phase microextraction and GC-MS. Then correlating the above phenotypic traits with molecular markers was carried out. The main results were as follows:1.187 SSR primers were screened out, and the optimum annealing temperature of the primers were obtained. We amplified 1050 SSR alleles in total by 187 SSR primers, the polymorphic loci was 100%.The observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity were 0.06-0.97 and 0.13-0.97, the average was 0.55 and 0.39, respectively. The variation range of polymorphism information content (PIC) and Shannon information index was 0.03-0.85, 0.09-2.12, mean value was 0.56 and 1.19, the results showed that the test group had highly genetic diversity.2. Analysis on the population structure of grape using SSR markers, result showed when K=5, the model posterior probability maximum, and calculated the individuals included in a subpopulation of probability (Q value), excluding the interference of human factors, to avoid the pseudo association in trait and markers. LD value of each marker were analyzed used Tassel 2.1 software. The results showed that there were 9040 loci with different levels of linkage disequilibrium in 17391 loci, accounting for 51.98% of the total loci. In all combinations, when P<0.01 based on D’s statistical probability, there are 3993 combinations with linkage disequilibrium, accounting for 44.17% of the total number of the disequilibrium loci, accounting for 22.96% of the total combined loci.3. The composition and content of sugar and organic acid in the grape is analysed by HPLC, and associated SSR marker with Tassel 2.1 software and when the significant<0.01(P < 0.01), detected that fructose content was significantly associated with three sites, glucose content were significantly associated with five sites, tartaric acid content was significantly associated with three sites, malic acid content significantly associated with two sites, and citric acid content was significantly associated with four sites.4. Volatile substance components of grape resources was qualitatively analyzed by HS-SPME and GC-MS. External standard method to determine the content of free terpene compounds (Linalool, alpha.-Terpineol, nerol, Geraniol, geranic acid, citronellol, phenethyl alcohol), and associated SSR marker with Tassel 2.1 software. when the significant<0.01(P< 0.01), in 2014,52 markers related to these materials were detected in LG1, LG2, LG3, LG4, LG5, LG6, LG7, LG8, LG18 and LG19. In 2015, a total of 67 markers were detected in the LG1, LG2, LG4, LG5, LG6, LG7, LG8, LG14, LG17, and LG19 linkage groups.
