In this paper, taking the Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation in Jiangle State-owned Forest Farm as the research object, according to the forest multi-function management demands of forest worker and basic-level forest management unit, multi-function management decision support system of Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation for forest worker and basic-level forest management unit was designed and established. In order to provide scientific and effective decision support services for forest worker and basic-level forest management unit when they in the process of multi-function management.According to the analyzing of the functional requirement of the Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation in Jiangle State-owned Forest Farm, the multi-function assessment index system was established. Based on site survey data of Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation in Jiangle State-owned Forest Farm in 2013. multi-function assessment model of Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation was constructed by principal component analysis method, the multi-function assessment method of Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation and the method of determining the dominant utilization function of the site were studied. Then organized the management type of Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation, used quantitative and qualitative methods to study the health assessment index system and the health assessment model of commercial forest management type. Stand growth and yield prediction and stand density control model of commercial forest management type of Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation was established by the method of mathematical modeling.Used B/S architecture and the software and hardware environment which is suitable for basic-level forest management unit to develop the multi-function management decision support system of Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation. Based on the design of the overall framework, function structure and database of the system, added forest multi-function evaluation, organization of forest management types, forest health assessment, stand growth and yield prediction, thinning decision and other functional modules on the basis of using the existing system. To meet the needs of Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation multi-function management.
