The experiment was conducted to study pHysicochemical properties of the crushed corn straw mushroom residue 2 kinds of organic wastes, vermiculite, perlite and peat, and then to the classic Soilless Seedling Substrate (peat:vermiculite:Perlite=3:1:1 reference by volume ratio instead of peat and formulated into 12 kinds of nursery matrix, using a random block design method of balsam pear of tray Soilless Seedling test. Effect of different compound matrix on seedling raising of bitter gourdBalsam pear seedlings of T3 and T8 treatment had strong growth, root system, pHysiological stress is small, light and high chloropHyll content, strong ability, seedling quality is higher. 19 days later, T3 treatment adding mushroom residue increase fresh weight, underground fresh weight and shoot dry matter increased by 10%, respectively,6%, 10.8%, seedling index, chloropHyll content, increased 9.6%, the pHotosynthetic rate is the fastest, increased 0.5%, the Department of the strongest activity, increased 22.2%; adding straw T8 on fresh weight, root fresh mass, dry mass and underground stem quality increased 4.7%, to2.7%,16.2% and 16.7%, the maximum seedling index,17.1% higher than the contrast; the chloropHyll content, increased 9.8%.With increasing peat substitute additive proportion, balsam pear seedling emergence rate showed a declining trend,50% mushroom residue and 33.3% of the straw instead of peat is the maximum amount of substitute on the basic of no affect the balsam pear seedling emergence rate.4. Study on the nutritional function of 4 different compound matrixCK2 had some advantage on balsam pear seedling emergence rate. T3 treatment of the seedlings of the compound had some function on improve the plant height of the seedlings significantly. T8 had some function on improve the stem diameter and quantities of leaf. T2 was significantly higher than the other 3 treatments.16 days later, the chloropHyll content of CK2 was significantly higher than the other treatments, The chloropHyll content of CK2 was significantly higher than CK1 and T8. Using compound matrix of nutrition mother agent had little effect on pHotosynthesis. The malondialdehyde content of CK1 was significantly higher than that of other treatments. The malondialdehyde content of CK2. The root activity of T3 is strongest than others. It was significantly higher than CK1 and T8. It had no significant difference with CK2.Overall, the growth and pHysiological indexes of the seedlings of the CK2 treated with were higher than that of the pHysiological index, and the quality of seedlings was higher, and the seedling quality of T3 and T8 were higher than others. They had high quality seedling on the basic of reduce material cost They are very suitable formula.
