In this experiment, alfalfa was selected as the test material and randomly divided into 4 groups, which were control group(without any additives),test group ?(1×106cfu/mL Lactobacillus plantarum),test group ?((0.5+0.5)×106cfu/mL Lactobacillus plantarum+Bacillus subtilis mixed bacteria)and test group ?(1×106cfu/mL commercial additives).Sampling was taken at the 3rd,7th,15th,30th and 45th days of silage fermentation, and related indicators were measured, aiming to study the effects of different additives on the fermentation quality, aerobic stability and rumen fermentation parameters of alfalfa silage. The results show:Test 1:The effect of different additives on the fermentation quality of alfalfa silage.?Compared with the control group, the dry matter content of the test group ? and the test group ? increased significantly(P<0.01),and the acid detergent fiber content was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the crude protein content of the test group ? and group ? increased significantly High(P<0.05),and the crude protein content of test group ? is the highest;test group II and test group ? neutral detergent fiber and calcium content are significantly reduced(P<0.05),and test group ? is significantly lower than test group ?(P<0.05);the crude fat content in the test group ? was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the crude ash content was significantly reduced(P<0.05);?The contents of ammonia nitrogen and acetic acid in test group ? were significantly reduced(P<0.05);the pH value of test group ? and test group ? was extremely significantly lower(P<0.01),and test group ? was lower than test group ?(P<0.01);The content of lactic acid and acetic acid in test group ? increased significantly(P<0.01);The addition of three additives has a certain effect on the nutritional composition and fermentation quality of alfalfa silage.Among them, the test group ? and test group? have the best effect.Test 2:The effect of different additives on the aerobic stability of alfalfa silage. With the prolonged aerobic exposure time of alfalfa silage, compared with the control group, the WSC content of test group ? and group ? increased significantly(P<0.01),and group ? was higher than group ?(P<0.01);the number of molds in group ? increased significantly(P<0.01),while The number of molds in group ? was extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the content of propionic acid was significantly increased(P<0.05);the content of lactic acid and acetic acid in group ? was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the number of yeasts and pH were significantly reduced(P<0.05).It shows that test group ? and test group ? can effectively inhibit the aerobic putrefaction of its silage, and test group ? has a better effect.Test 3:The effect of different additives on rumen fermentation parameters of alfalfa silage.Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in neutral detergent fiber digestibility and TVFA content in test groupl, test group ? and test group ?(P>0.05);the dry matter digestibility of test group ? and test group ? increased significantly High(P<0.01),the pH value is extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01);the ammonia nitrogen concentration of test group ? is significantly reduced(P<0.05).It shows that the three additives have certain effects on the rumen fermentation parameters of alfalfa silage, and the test group ? and test group ? have the best effect. In summary, the three additives have certain effects on the fermentation quality, aerobic stability and rumen fermentation parameters of alfalfa silage.Among them,Lactobacillus plantarum+Bacillus subtilis mixed bacteria and Commercial additives have obvious effects.
