| The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different body conditions on blood biochemical indexes and milk quality in the perinatal period of cows,through the blood biochemical indexes of perinatal cows,the calf birth weight and body condition score changes,lactation quantity analysis of different body condition and perinatal cows provide theoretical basis to improve the performance of production research.1.Test 1: The difference in milk index and milk yield of cows in different body conditions.32 holstein cows which’s milk production are more than 5000 kg weight and quite tire times average annual production were selected.The 32 holstein cows were divided into four groups according to the body condition score(3.0~3.25),(3.5~3.75),(4.0~4.25),(4.5~5.0),each group of 8 cows,for 42 days of the trial period,The initial milk of 0,24,48 h was detected by 50mL/ time separately,and the initial milk was recorded at 0h.In the following day,the contents of immunoglobulin,milk fat,non-fat dry matter,protein,lactose and ash content in colostrum were detected by colostrum.Record the milk yield of cattle from the day of calving to 3 months of lactation,and draw the lactation curve.The result is following:Cows give birth 0 h,different body condition dairy colostrum index analysis results for the group D in colostrum immunoglobulins levels significantly higher than that of A and B group(P <0.01),and significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05);The fat content in group D was significantly higher than that of group A,B and C(P<0.01).The content of non-fat dry matter in group D was significantly higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.01),and the content of non-fat dry matter in group C was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The milk protein content in group D was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).On 48 h,the analysis results of the initial milk indexes of different cases were: In group A,the content of initial milk fat was significantly lower than that in group B,C and D(P<0.05).Dairy colostrum of B group were higher than that of other groups,group A and group B lactation its peak before the group C and group D,group D peak lactation come late,group A and group D lactation peak duration is shorter.So the group D cow colostrum milk fat on 0,24 h,48 h were higher than the other groups,so the dairy colostrum of the group D(4.5 ~ 5.0)are of good quality,the body condition of group B dairy cows have potential production performance,the dairy cows of the group A have the highest Amount of lactation.2.Test 2: The difference of body conditions variation and the weight of calves when the cows give birth.32 holstein cows which’s milk production are more than 5000 kg weight and quite tire times average annual production were selected.The 32 holstein cows were divided into four groups according to the body condition score(3.0~3.25),(3.5~3.75),(4.0~4.25),(4.5~5.0),each group of 8 cows,the test period was 42 days,and the body condition scores of each group were recorded on 21 days before the birth,the day of birth and 21 days after the birth,and the birth weight of calves was recorded on the day when the calves were born.The results were as follows: the overall trend of postpartum body condition was D>C>B>A.Groups A,B and C tend to be stable.A,B,C and D were not significantly different(P>0.05),but the overall trend was A>D>C>B.Therefore,in group D(4.5~5.0),the dairy cows had obvious fat loss and rapid weight change.Due to the limited number of samples,it is impossible to find the difference of calving weight of cows in different body conditions.3.Test 3: The difference of blood biochemical indexes in the perinatal period of cows with different body conditions.32 holstein cows which’s milk production are more than 5000 kg weight and quite tire times average annual production were selected.The 32 holstein cows were divided into four groups according to the body condition score(3.0~3.25),(3.5~3.75),(4.0~4.25),(4.5~5.0),each group of 8 cows,for 42 days of the trial period,on antenatal 21 d、14 d、7 d and calving day,postpartum 7 d、14d、21d 7 time points to blood,and the concentration of SOD、GSH-px、T-AOC、MDA、NEFA、BHBA in serum was detected.The results are as follows: The SOD concentration in serum of group B was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).The SOD concentration in the serum of group B was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.01).On 7 days to 21 days postpartum,group D concentration of serum SOD was significantly higher than that of A,B and C group(P < 0.05),the treatment group the SOD level in the serum and NEFA and BHBA density was significantly positive correlation(P < 0.01).Prenatal 21 days to prenatal 7 days,the SOD in group A and group D is significantly higher than group B and C(P<0.05),on the calving day,the serum concentration of SOD in group D is significantly higher than that of group B(P < 0.01),after 7 days to 21 days,the serum MDA level in group D was significantly higher than that of A,B and C groups(P<0.05),the treatment group and MDA level in serum NEFA and BHBA density was significantly positive correlation(P<0.01).Prenatal 21 days to 7 days,the GSH-Px level in the serum of group C is significantly lower than that of group A,B and D group C(P<0.05),the concentration of serum GSH-Px is significantly higher than group B and D(P<0.05);The concentration of GSH-Px in serum of group C was significantly lower than that of group B and D(P<0.05),and the concentration of GSH-Px in group B was significantly higher than that in group A and C(P<0.01).On postpartum 7 days to 21 days,the GSH-Px levels of group D and B were significantly higher than that of group A and C(P<0.01),the GSH-Px level in the serum of every treatment groups with the NEFA and BHAB density was significantly positive correlation(P<0.01).On calving day,the T-AOC concentration of group B were significantly higher than that in the serum of group A and C(P<0.05);On postpartum 7 days to 21 days T-AOC in the serum of group A was significantly lower than group B and D(P<0.05),the T-AOC concentration in serum of group B was significantly higher than that of group A and C(P<0.05),the T-AOC density in the serum of the treatment groups and the NEFA and BHAB density was significantly positive correlation(P<0.01).The concentration of BHBA in serum of group D was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).The concentration of BHBA in serum of group D was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).The NEFA of group A and D were significantly higher than group B and C On prenatal 21 days to prenatal 7 days(P<0.05);The concentration of NEFA in the serum of group D was significantly higher than that in group A,B and C(P<0.05),significantly higher than that in group B and C(P<0.01).So dairy cows of group D(4.5 ~ 5.0)body condition will have the more possibility to risk of ketosis on postpartum days than the other groups,the cows of group D under the influence of oxidative stress are more significant than other groups on postpartum days,and it will have certain influence on cows health on postpartum days. |
