Effect Of Diammonium Phosphate On Seed Yield And Yield Components And Seed Vigor Of Psathyrostachys Juncea Cv.Mengnong No.4

Psathyrostachys juncea is perennial grasses, can resistant cold and drought, have long life, is China’s northern arid and semi-arid areas important artificial grasses.This paper studies the impact of DAP on Psathyrostachys juncea cv. Mengnong No.4 seed yield and its component factors and seed vigor, determine the DAP appropriate time and rate of application at Psathyrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4 seed fields in Zhenglan-qi area, obtained Psathyrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4 maximum performance of seed yield and the impact of the main factors of its production, it reveals the influence of DAP activity of seed vigor, in order to improve seeds yield and quality provide a theoretical basis for Psathyrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4.The main findings are as follows:(1)Applying times and different amount of fertilizer had no significant effect on phenophase of Psathyrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4.(2)After fertilization of fruit nutrition, when fertilization at a concentration of 166.7g/m2 Psathyrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4 grass and hay yield weight reached the maximum.(3)The main factors affecting Psathyrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4 seed yield is the fertile tillers、spikelet and thousand-seed weight.After fertilization of fruit nutrition, when fertilization at a concentration of 166.7 g/m2 Psathyrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4 performance of seed yield reached the maximum.(4)Applying times and different amount of fertilizer has little impact on seed germination rate、germination potential、vigor index of Psathyrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4 without stress treatments.Under cold stress,the germination rate、 germination index、vigor index have a higher increase when the amount of fertilizer was 100.0 g/m2and 133.3 g/m2.(5)Different amount of fertilizer have some improvement on seed germination rate、 germination index、vigor index. With the improvement of the complex salt solution concentration the seed germination rate、germination potential、germination index、vigor index are showing a downward trend of Psathyrostachys juncea cv.Mengnong No.4.
