Round-bales picking-up car is a agriculture-and-husbandry collection mechanical equipment with the functions of loading, transportation and unloading the round bales, it is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and reduce round-bales cost of production and operating. Anyway, the collecting system is the core part of the round-bales picking-up car, in addition, it’s the decisive factor for round-bales successfully reset-collecting and lift-loading. This issue aims at the research of collecting system of the main structural parameters and related hydraulic power system in round-bales collecting car. The main research is following:1. According to the practical production requirements, I carry on the field investigation in terms of obtaining the relevant data. Then, with asking for design requirements of concise structure, meeting function, saving cost and using easily, this issue adopt the modern research and development of machinery and equipment to design the round bale collecting system preliminarily by considering the addition of round-bales size and pick up the environment. Combined with the actual function of collecting and requirements, this issue builds up the idealized parameter model. Then based on the idea of optimization analysis and the further analysis of various parameters, it is concluded that the mathematical relation between related parameters and some important parameter values. And then we can set up the objective function and constraint condition of optimization mathematical model. At last, with using MATLAB to draw the mathematics diagram of objective function and constraint conditions and using graphic analytic method to get the best of the remaining parameters value, it is concluded that the best component connection and two-dimensional engineering drawing.2. According to the two-dimensional engineering drawing, we can build 3D model of the lifting-arm system and complete the virtual assembly by Pro/engineer, at the same time, completing the virtual simulation test of each component without interference. Then with the connection and adoption technology between Pro/engineer and ANSYS, we import the 3D assembly model into Mechanical APDL 14.5 in ANSYS 14.5, for stress analysis and deformation calculation of main bars of the collecting-system. Under the premise of the function for collecting system, it’s that to ensure the strength requirements of the bars.3. We may improve the prototype design based on the pre-existing analysis results, and then complete the prototype manufacture and assembly. On this basis, through the virtual simulation experiment and field research experiment, we should guarantee each bars without collision and interference, as far as possible meet the design demands and succeeded in round-bales collecting and loading.
