Rice straw is one of China’s crop straw waste,especially the Heilongjiang region for straw output provinces,rice straw production every year about,rice straw distribution area is wide and the amount of output,the current straw harvesting is mainly baling harvesting method,and round bale harvesting method gradually become dominant,but most of the round bales set aside in the field,in the comprehensive utilization of straw problem there is "a high three low Two inadequate" problem.In order to solve the problem of insufficient comprehensive utilization of rice straw and improve the mechanization of straw bale utilization,we developed a rice round bale unbale machine for round bale utilization,designed and analyzed its main device components,simulated the main device components using ANSYA Workbench software,conducted tests and analyzed the results through the test rig,and sought the optimal combination of parameters.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Based on the in-depth investigation of the structure of the key components of the rice round bale unbale machine,the unbale scheme and the overall structure of the rice round bale unbale machine were determined by fully considering and combining the continuous heat supply from the biomass straw burning furnace accompanying the rice preservation dryer.(2)Based on the two-sided balance principle,the dynamic balance calculation was carried out,and the symmetrical spiral arrangement of the unbale teeth met the requirements of the unbale drum operation.Through the theoretical analysis of the unbundling teeth,the range of the number of unbundling teeth and the range of the speed of the unbundling drum were determined.Based on the experience of the design and pre-test of the grid notch structure in the threshing machine,the range of the notch spacing of the arc plate was determined.(3)The modeling of the rice round bale unbinder was completed by using UG software,and the static and modal analyses of the unbale drum of the rice round bale unbinder were carried out by using ANSYS Workbench to obtain the safety factor,fatigue sensitivity curve,stress distribution,strain distribution,biaxial display stress distribution,alternating equivalent force distribution,fatigue load variation and the first 6 orders of vibration pattern of the unbale drum.The modal analysis was performed to verify the rationality of the unbundling drum structure.(4)Set up the unbale test rig and carry out the unbale test.The main influencing factors are the speed of unbale drum,the number of knife teeth and notch spacing of curved plate,the amount of straw entrapment and the coefficient of variation of output straw layer thickness,which can evaluate the smoothness of unbale,are the test indexes,and the parameters of each influencing factor are determined through the single-factor test.The test was carried out according to the coding table of the factors,and the influence of the interaction of each influencing factor on the test indexes was investigated by the Design-Expert design expert software,and the optimal comprehensive performance indexes were obtained: the speed of the unbale drum was 120r/min,the number of knife teeth was 16,the distance between the notches of the curved plate was 25 mm,and the test index under this combination was 0.403 kg of straw entrapment and the coefficient of variation of the output straw layer thickness 5.51%.The parameters of the unbale device were adjusted according to the optimal combination of parameters for verification tests to improve the unbale effect of the rice round bale unbale machine.
