Microorganism fermentation feed has developed rapidly in recent years, people show more and more recognition and attention on it, but there still exist many problems on mutton sheep microorganism fermentation feed. So we designed this experiment, aimed to develop a high quality of mutton sheep microorganism fermentation feedThis thesis was studied on different formula and turned material technology for mutton sheep microbial fermentation feed, then research the correlation between different microbial fermentation teed additives and the correlation between different diet by vitro batch, in order to define a fine additive of microbial fermentation feed in mutton sheep diet, as to provide theoretical basis for the rational use of microbial fermentation feed.The experimental results showed that:(1) The best microbial fermentation feed formula is:wheat bran 8.6%, rice bran 5.0%. corn husk 5.5%. corn residue 5.7%, cotton pulp 13.0%, sugar 28.6%, slag jujube residue 26.0%. corn 5.0%. The number of living bacterium in the fermented product of 5.7 ×105 cfu/g. beta glucan content is 97.41 mg/100 mg, mannan content is 37.66 mg/ 100 mg. peptide content is 20.17 g/100 mg. organic acid content is 2828.46 g/ml.(2) The optimal production process is:Do twice material turned technology when the temperature reaches 35"C at about 42 h and 53 ho The number of living bacterium, number of living bacterium, yeast fermented product beta glucan, mannan, polypeptides, organic acids content than the control group respectively increased by 607%.7.5%,7.6%, 7.5% and 28.8%(3) Adding microorganism fermentation feed in the diet in vitro has the trend of improving gas production. NHh-N concentration and BCP production, but no significant effects on the pH and the TVFA concentration (P> 0.05). Under the condition of thick ratio of 73. adding microorganism fermentation feed can significantly reduce the acetic acid propionic acid ratio (P<0.05). The diet under the condition of thick ratio of 6:4. microorganism fermentation feed amount to 25% for the best; under the condition of 7:3, microorganism fermentation feed amount to 15% for the best.
