The Management Decision-making System Design And Efficiency Analysis Of Finishing Cattle

We start our study from reduce the price of breed cost and finally summarize a model which can save the cost and promote breeding effect to provide beef fattening farm a good reference. On the other hand, according to fattening beef’s breeding cost, we evaluate the price of fanttening cattle and then design BPS(business planning system), direct purchase decision.Our study in this paper include:1.We observe the effect of continually fattening and low concentrate daily diet fattening though breed experiment then calculate each improvement of daily weight and breeding cost. Result shows that low concentrate daily diet can improve the improvement of daily weight day after day though whole fattening time but continually fattening is opposite. So for short time fattening, continually fattening can earn much profit, whereas low concentrate daily diet is more fit for long time fattening.2.We design the decision-making system of finishing cattle by EXCEL to calculate a computational formula of input cost and output benefit according to composite coat though breeding experiment. By collect fattening cattle’s cost and sales revenue, we indicate breeding benefit from different district and different stage. These would help farmers and farm to make a scientific judgment for future business so that they can reduce breeding risk and improve benefit.3.Simulate operate the decision-making system of finishing cattle.
