By studying the influence of different air temperature and humidity conditions on chilling requirement and calorific requirement of 10 grape varieties in the facility, the influence of different soil temperature on branch sprout of Red Globe grapes in the facility and evaluating estimation method of calorific requirement, as well as the influence of four kinds of swelling agent on grape fruit growth and development, the author obtains the following results:1. It is a universal law that the number of days required by grapes branch sprout under 30℃/ 70% is least within different temperatures and different humidity treatment. Next is a processing under temperature of 25℃ and humidity of 80%. The general rule of grapes’ chilling requirement under different temperature and humidity treatment is:the chilling requirement processing under T1 (30℃/70%)< T5 (25℃ / 80%)< T2 (25℃/70%)< T4 (25 ℃ / 60%)< T3 (20℃/70%). The calorific requirement of different grapes is smaller under the estimation of the model of the effective accumulated temperature, among which, the chilling requirement processing under T5 (25℃/80%) is smallest. The calorific requirement of different grapes is also smaller under the model of the length of hours in the raw, among which, T3 (20℃) is maximum. If using cumulative average temperature model, calculating calorific requirement of all varieties is placed in the middle.2. The phenomenon of soil temperature and air temperature are not harmonious in sunlight greenhouse and plastic greenhouse during shoots sprouting stage within the early two kinds of facilities, especially in the plastic greenhouse, which is more obvious. Within two kinds of facilities, T25 uses shortest time in pre-sprout processing and just.requires a minimum calorific value. The followed is T20. The contraposition of pre-sprout is longest and calorific requirement is maximum. Within the same facility, different value of calorific requires different temperature treatments. Calorific requirement value decreases by soil temperature and increases by six models. Within the different facilities, the value of calorific requirement is also different. Red Globe Grape’s calorific requirement value in plastic greenhouse is generally bigger than the greenhouse in the same soil temperature by 6 kinds of models. In the two greenhouse facilities, coefficient of variation of 6 kinds of models, coefficient of variation of Effective Accumulated Temperature Model and Grow Degree Hour Model are minimum. Calorific requirement of CK is comprehensive comparison after undimensionalization in two facilities. There are no differences between Effective Accumulated Temperature Model and Grow Degree Hour Model. Therefore, these two models are more stable.3. Results showed that:The most suitable leavening agent of Red Globe grape in Ningxia is Pulifeng. The optimum application concentration of Pulifeng is administered 5.7ml/Kg. This provides a basis for reference the use of different types leavening agent in the selection and administration concentration for Red Globe grape production in Ningxia.
