| In order to improve the quality of tomato, based on different substrate formulas. Use the Cherry Tomato "Riucheng 634" and large fruit tomato "Newname 208","Jinfan 102","Fentailang" as the test species. Use the completely randomized design, studying on different substrate formulas on effects of growth characteristics, the change of soil nutrient, soil microorganism, enzyme activity, yield, quality and flavor components of tomato. The results are as follows:1. The results showed that the effect of different substrate formulas on the growth and quality of summer autumn tomato:(1)T4 (peat:pHotosynthesis=2:1) can improve the growth of large fruit and cherry tomato obviously, play a positive role in plant height, stem diameter, yield and photosynthesis.(2)Tl(peat:photosynthesis:particle organic fertilizer:powder organic fertilizer: saccharose=2:1:1:1+10kg/m3) and T2(peat:photosynthesis:particle organic fertilizer:Powder organic fertilizer=2:1:1:1) treatment can significantly improve available nitrogen, available phosphorus, organic matter, available potassium, total nitrogen and total phosphorus maximum and 4 enzymes activity in the whole growth period of large fruit tomato. T2 can improve the microbial quantity, t1 (peat: photosynthesis:particle organic fertilizer:powder organic fertilizer:saccharose=2:1:1:1+10kg/m3) and t2 (peat:photosynthesis:particle organic fertilizer:Powder organic fertilizer=2:1:1:1) treatment significantly higher than the other in the whole growth period of cherry tomato’s enzyme activity, t1 makes bacterial and fungal the largest. Thus T(t)1 and T(t)2 are good for the substrate formulas enzyme acitivity and microbial quantity of large fruit and cherry tomao.(3)T2 can improve the quality and flavor of large fruit tomato. There are 7 special effect of compounds in large fruit tomato and all higher than others, t1 can improve the quality of cherry tomato, meanwhile 7 special effect of compounds are higher than other.We use T(t)2 (peat:vermiculite:granular organic fertilizer:powdery organic fertilizer=2:1:1:1) to improve substrate environment and quality of tomato, and T(t)1(peat:vermiculite:granular organic fertilizer:powdery organic fertilizer:sucrose=(2:1:1:1)+1 Okg/m3) of cherry tomato.2. The results showed that the effect of different substrate formulas on the growth and quality of spring tomato:(1)T4 (peat:perlite=1:1) is good for the growth of tomato. It can significantly improve the yield and pHotosynthesis of tomato. The growing potential of "Jinfan 102" is better than "Fentailang".(2)T2 (peat:perlite:organic fertilizer:organic fertilizer as soybean cake:soybean flour= 1:1:1:0.3) can improve available nitrogen, available phosphorus, total nitrogen and total phosphorus of "Jinfan 102". Tl can significantly improve "Fentailang" available nitrogen, available phosphorus, total phosphorus, organic matter content in substrate of cherry tomato. Therefore, T1 and T2 are in favour of improving nutrient content in the matrix. T1 and T2 make enzyme activity are maintaining high level during whole growth period of the two varieties of tomatoes. In addition, T1 can improve the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes both the "Jinfan 102" and "Fentailang".(3)T1(peat:perlite:organic fertilizer:organic fertilizer as soybean cake:soybean flour=(1:1:l:0.3)+5kg/m3) can improve the quality of tomato obviously. The quality of "Fentailang" is higher than "Jinfan 102", so "Fentailang" is more conducive to produce high quality tomato. There are 5 special effect compounds in the 8 treatments. According to its content, T1 are advantage for "Fentailang" and "Jinfan 102" to accumulate the flavor substances. The results show that "Fentailang" is more conducive to produce high tomato flavor.The result shows that T1 (peat:perlite:organic fertilizer:organic fertilizer as soybean cake: soybean flour=(1:1:1:0.3)+5 kg/m3) can improve the quality of tomato. Moreover, "Fentailang" is more suitable for production of high quality tomato. |
