In this paper, the cow manure were mixed with mushroom residue and strawrestpectively in equal volume, then the mixture were blended with sandy soil by ratio of0.5:1(S1、M1)、0.75:1(S2、M2)、1:1(S3、M4)、1.25:1(S4、M4), the mixture of0.4m3sandysoil and0.05m3turf were as control. The Jinpeng NO.1tomato were chosen as theexperiment material, to study the effects of organic waste of Agricultural on sandy SoilImprovement and it’s influence on the growth and development,yield and quality oftomato.The results were as follow:1、 The soil structure were effectively improved by added straw,mushroom residue andcow manure, strengthened the stability of sandy soil, decreased the soil bulk density,andincrease the soil porosity;and the greater the amount, the better results achieved.2、The mixture of straw and cow manure treatment make soil bulk density declined byup to30percent, as soil porosity Increased by32.30%, the mixture of mushroom residue andcow manure make soil bulk density declined by34.4%, while soil porosity Increased by32.30%. There is only a marginal difference about pH between the treatments. Electricconductivity rises substantially with the increase of added amount,the electric conductivityofS3、S4、M2、M3、M4treatment were in appropriate range during the whole reproductiveperiod. Those treatment do not need chemical fertilizers during the reproductive period,organic and can be used as organic cultivation formula.3、As the mixture of straw and cow manure and the mixture of mushroom residue andcow manure dose increased, the nutrients increased accordingly,and much higher thancontrol,of which the maximum of available kalium were13.34times of CK. When addingthe same quantity of matrix to sandy soil, the mixture of mushroom residue and cowmanure had better effects on organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium,available nitrogen, available phosphorus than the mixture of straw and cow manure, but forthe available nitrogen, available potassium the result is opposite.4、Increasing the mixture of straw and cow manure, mixture of mushroom residue and cow manure dose could promote growth and development of tomato, but it also inducedgrowth stress and a diminished output over a certain amount.The best treatment were S2andM3,and the mixture of mushroom residue and cow manure treatment had better effects thanmixture of straw and cow manure. The soluble sugar, sugar acid ratio, soluble protein andvitamin C content of tomato fruits increased with the increased dose of the mixture of strawand cow manure, mixture of mushroom residue and cow manure,but it decreased whenexceeds certain extent; Organic acid content has been reduced,while nitrate content has beenincreased,but it far below432μg·g-1, meets the Green Standard. The soluble sugar, solublesolids, Vc and nitrate content of the mixture of mushroom residue and cow manure treatmentwere higher than the mixture of straw and cow manure, but for the sugar acid ratio andsoluble protein content the results is opposite.Taking the above factor into full account, the best two treatment on sandy soilimprovement of the experiments were M3、S2,and M3treatment is better thanS2.
