With the continuous development of agricultural modernization,The contradiction between supply and demand of water resources have become increasingly prominent,in order to improve the condition of water saving irrigation and improve the utilization of water resources to promote the sustainable development of Agriculture,as an important part of the agricultural irrigation water conservancy informatization,it is very important to make full use of information technology to realize agricultural water-saving irrigation information management system.With the continuous development of communication technology and network,more and more extensive application of intelligent mobile phone,using mobile client (Android) and PC client (Web) to realize the remote monitoring and management of agricultural irrigation area becomes more convenient.This thesis is based on the intelligent water saving irrigation project in the new North District of Changzhou city,design and development of agricultural water-saving irrigation system based on Web platform and Android platform,the realization of the Changzhou new North district modern agricultural demonstration park of modern agricultural irrigation system remote monitoring and information technology application.The system used the mobile client (Android), PC client (WEB), configuration software, monitoring mode combining programmable controller (PLC) and a variety of sensors (water level sensor, Small weather sensor and pressure sensor etc),the collected data will be stored to the server,the collected data including basic operation parameters, unit meteorological parameters and plant growth parameters etc.The server is based on MySQL database,Android terminal to establish communication with the server via HTTP protocol,to obtain real-time data collected and displayed in the interface of Android and Web terminal,at the same time, the client can remotely control the pump and valve through MODBUS-TCP protocol.This thesis first analyzes the status and development trend of agricultural irrigation water saving irrigation system,secondly, modern agricultural demonstration park of Changzhou New District Municipal Engineering operation carries on the demand analysis,the main function of the Android and Web ends of the module and the design scheme based on,again according to the requirement of the project selection of related technologies to achieve each function module and the needs of these technologies are introduced in this thesis,then according to the requirements of the subject design of the required information table, and the MySQL database and configurationsoftware to achieve data exchange,to android and web as the platform,research and development the information management system of water saving irrigation,and the development of the system used in the production practice, has a certain practical value and promotion value.
