| Xinjiang agriculture is typical of irrigation agriculture,and Xinjiang arid water resources are scarce,and agriculture mainly depends on water irrigation.In the context of rapid economic development of Xinjiang,there is a very prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.Agricultural water in Xinjiang is the top priority,agricultural water accounts for 96% of the total water consumption,agriculture is an important area of efficient water conservation in Xinjiang,and the southern Xinjiang is an important area of efficient water saving in Xinjiang.Since the mid-1990 s,Xinjiang has chosen to study and popularize water-saving irrigation technology in large areas under the condition of scarce water resources.As of 2014,the irrigated area of the whole area has reached 485.766 million hm2,of which the water-saving irrigation area is 227.358 million hm2,accounting for 47% of total irrigation area and 177.503 million hm2 in micro-irrigation area,accounting for 37% of the total irrigation area.Kashgar region Makit County,this paper analyzes the present situation of agricultural efficient water saving technology popularization research,not only reveals and expounds the Makit County agricultural efficient water saving technology popularization of problems and shortcomings,also was proposed based on the key influencing factors of the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Chapter one is the introduction of the research background,problems and ideas.This paper expounds the research background of this paper,and points out that water resource scarcity restricts economic and social development,especially in arid and semi-arid regions.In addition,this chapter also presents the objectives,content,methods and possible innovations of this paper.The second chapter Outlines the theoretical basis of the research,puts forward the theoretical analysis framework,the relevant concepts and research scope.In this paper,the theory of farmer behavior theory,sustainable development theory and public product theory are summarized,the theoretical analysisframework of this paper is put forward,and the relevant concepts and research scope are defined.The third chapter expatiates the basic situation of Makit County and the development status of water-saving irrigation technology.The fourth chapter of Makit County agricultural water-saving irrigation technology promotion of external factors are analyzed,based on water resources,investment,motivating factors,mechanism and management factors in these four aspects are studied.Chapter v Makit County agricultural water-saving irrigation technology to promote internal factors are analyzed,which is water saving irrigation technology involved in the body of the farmers,study the main factors for farmers.In this chapter,the author analyzes the data of the questionnaire and the field investigation,and obtains the restriction factors for the popularization of agricultural efficient water-saving irrigation technology based on the farmer’s factors.The sixth chapter,based on the key influence factors,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the promotion of agricultural water-saving technology in makit county.Chapter 7 is the conclusion of this paper.This thesis studies,in order to make agricultural efficient water saving irrigation technology in the Markit County better promotion,should from the factors of water resources,the investment factors,motivating factors,mechanism and management factors,farmers,to give you the five big aspects.Based on the above four factors,the rational allocation and utilization of agricultural water resources for agricultural efficient water-saving irrigation technology are put forward.We will strengthen the government’s water-saving and leading functions,and support the production of water-saving irrigation equipment.To construct the selection system and operation mechanism of water-saving irrigation technology with multi-agent participation;We will increase the capacity of the grass-roots departments to organize and mobilize the capacity of cooperation organizations to improve farmers’ water-saving skills.To improve the environment of the choice of water saving irrigation technology;The policy proposal of innovative land contract management and other aspects.In the process of comprehensive promotion of agricultural water-saving technologies,there are many influencing factors,including water resources factors,as well as capital investment and farmersparticipation,and even incentive factors,etc.,which together affect the promotion of water-saving technologies. |
